UPDATE- WENT BACK DAYS LATER. TOOK PICTURES. SAME DEAD ROACH ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR!! I wanted to give more. We ordered online and when we got there they said it would be 10 min because the hard ice cream needed to freeze. I decided to go to the bathroom. There was a giant dead roach on the floor by the kitchen door and I happened to look up and the vent was covered in mildew. The bathroom smelled like greasy nasty kitchen. We finally received our ice cream and they left my "soft serve" ice cream on the counter while they waited for the other because it was melted to milk. I was grossed out already because of the bathroom so I threw mine out. I don't think I will ever go back there again. I wish I would've taken pics but I didn't take my phone. I am so sad because I spend a lot of time in that area amd my kids like sonic.
I asked for a cheeseburger there and all they gave me was meat and bread? if they were out of cheese they couldve just said so i wouldve orderd something else also they always mess up our orders like one time we asked for mozterella sticks and got 4 large tator tot orders and got charged extra for the tator tots and didnt get the mozterella sticks. Honestly just go to subway or to a diffrent sonic.
Burger just a bit dry. Regular drink served with meals very small, plan to pay to upgrade this. Everything else was good
Brandt, fantastic job. It seems like most times I go to sonic they don’t care but today was different. 2:30 crew is on the ball. Order was hot and in timely manner. Forgot to put ketchup but was mobile order so I pressed red button asking for ketchup. Assuming 2 or 3 packs right? Nope. Brandt walks out with some I can enjoy for a few more trips to sonic. Thanks 2:30 crew for making my Saturday better! Not to mention the other runner complimented my dog!!! SUCH GREAT PEOPLE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Easily the worst food I’ve ever had. Is Helen Keller behind the grill? If I was doing a taste test blind folded and someone fed me this chicken sandwich, then fed me dog food right after, I would of said the dog food tasted better.
Everything I have eaten, that is a lot, is delicious. Great atmosphere. Any age group should feel welcome.
Vivian was super rude. Also…I ordered a breakfast burrito with cheese sticks and asked for marinara. I received syrup. Not sure what I’m suppose to do with that. I knocked on the window only to get side eyes from Vivian and said you gave me syrup, I need marina, salsa, napkins and a receipt. She closes the window with no words. She gave my items still while cutting her eyes at me. No salsa. Again. I need salsa. Closes window. FINALLY…salsa. ?
Horrible! All the fries tasted like they were fried with something sweet. My daughter had onion rings, tater tots in with her fries. The chicken tenders were so thin and crispy that while taking a bite she lost a tooth. I'll think the drinks are the only thing they have going for them....but who knows what is in them. Poor service
Had to return the Sweet tea that tasted like water with little sugar and the tator tots with cheese where soo burned hard and tased like old grease..Will not be going back.
Worst Sonic in central Texas. The orders are rarely correct and the food that you do get is obviously old and looks like someone smashed the burgers. We ordered 5 meals and 3 were wrong and or missing items.
