Waiting for someone to take your order is like waiting on rain. They take forever. Not to mention three employees hanging outside.
I ordered off Door Dash and had a issue with Sonic not seeing our order in the system. Door Dash app stated the order was confirmed by Sonic. The GM Journey worked with the Dasher and both the GM and Door Dasher Darin made sure we was able to get our order fresh. I don't know where the issue was in the system but I'm glad they took the time to get my order.
This is twice that I’ve driven up and ordered! Service is slow and when I asked for ketchup, Guy on speaker said they had run out of it!! What manager lets that happen?? So I ask for BBQ sauce…which none is brought to my car. There were no napkins brought out, either! This is crazy!! This location sits right off of I 35 and it should be operating more efficiently!!
ordered a slush, waited 5 minutes, then it said it was on the way. waited a few more minutes, then nothing. i pressed the order button again and they said they’d bring it out. it took another 5 minutes for them to bring out a large slush. yikes get it together and do better
Got my favorites but they weren't fresh. Old, overcooked tater tots, and soft corn dogs but the French toast sticks were decent.The girl with the colored hair who brought out my food was really nice and put a smile on my face so I wish I had cash to tip her. You know Sonic advertises tipping the car hops but I don't think there's an option to tip after paying with a card...
I told them that their bathroom toilet was clogged and over flowing and if they could have someone come clean it cause I really had to go. They told me they couldn't cause they were too busy so I left. If they can't take time to clean the bathroom then imagine how disgusting the store might be and how often they don't clean anything else
Waited at a kiosk for 15 minutes with no response from employees. Tried the drive thru window and was stuck there for 20 minutes. I called 3 or 4 times to get an explanation but got no response. I gave up and went back to kiosk. They finally responded and told me order would be ready soon. I had to wait another 30 minutes to get order. Terrible, incompetent service. Will avoid at all costs in the future.
I went through the drive- thru and ordered a #1. I was the only one in line. When I got my order 15 minutes later I was still parked at the window, but now there were 5 cars behind me. The reason I gave a 3 was because I, at least, got my order. Wow.
I can usually count on a great meal here, but the las time we were here the tater tots were over cooked and the burger was soggy. The drinks and mozzarella sticks were good.
This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I give them a $10 bill and they give me $2 back saying they do not have any coin change to give me so they thought I wouldn't mind. I asked them how much the two large teas were, and they told me that the lemon was $1.20 extra. To top it off they did not give me a receipt. Eight dollars for 2 large, sweet teas with lemon. This is a heck of a racket.
