Hands down the best brisket I've ever had. Doesn't need any sauce, BUT they're sauces are also amazing so I usually get some and have it both ways. Also, I recently found out they have great queso.
Great service from a locally-owned company! Food was excellent today and we will be going back! My daughter loves the pulled pork nachos and I agree they're awesome....they give you a large pile of nachos too. Brisket was delicious and wrapped in a homemade tortilla. Chicken salad feom here is uniquely prepared and really delicious. Well-done guys

i decided to try this place for the first time. got a 1/4 lb brisket. there's nowhere to sit so i had to drive home and eat it at home. also, you order where the drivethru is so be careful you don't get run over. anyhow, i put the brisket on a plate. was disappointed that about 60% of what i received was just blobs of fat which i threw in the trash. very little meat left over. taste? meh. not as salty as i would like. very fatty. bbq sauce - didn't care for it, very sweet. well i guess you gotta try it once to find out if it's any good. oh well.

Okay I saw the sign with their awards and thought basically no way. This is Texas, bbq is everywhere and pretty darn good. The bbq was moist, oak smoked, tender and juicy. The lean brisket...wowie! I had a smoked chicken wrap...pecans, apples, olives and paired it with a habanero honey...brilliant. If you see it, pull over because Vic will serve you up some great, friendly service and the best bbq. And the beenana pudding is so creamy, so decedent but not over sweet!

The brisket was so delicious and tender with perfect amout of flavor! The jalapeños potato salad and beans as side dishes so good. If you want good food come here!!
Kind of hit or miss. Once i got the most tender pieces of ribs and 4 times afterwards strictly dry. Its like they microwave their ribs or something. Dont know. Cant go wrong with the sausage.
Excellent BBQ! Loved every bit of it! Chopped Beef Sandwich was EXCELLENT.Mac & Cheese was superb.Lean Brisket was super moist & tender- definitely no-teeth approved.Smoked Sausage was perfectly cooked.Last but not least the Banana Pudding was AMAZING- it had the consistency of custard, (not chunky, no Nilla Wafers), and the flavor was sweeter than Créme Bruleé.
