We had a large $300 catering order and this store intentionally wouldn't answer us after they made it. They messed up the entire order and then just pretended like we didn't exist. I will absolutely be reporting this place to corporate in the hopes the pathetic example of leadership here is removed.
Had a noticeably pleasant interaction when ordering. Carrie was working behind the counter and was an absolute sweetheart. I would come back here just from her kindness alone. Wish everyone would treat each other as pleasantly as her all the time the world would be a better place! They were fast making the food as well.
Ordered online, lights were off and store was closed when I got there. Total waste of time.
Waited in line for 27 minutes, watching people that have already ordered behind me leave, and watching the drive through cashier guy smoking his electronic cigarette in front of me just in the inside of the window! He wasn’t even trying to hide it! Then he gets on the food line… no gloves, touching food, and my order was wrong. Had I not already paid and in a rush since I’ve been there for so long, I would have asked for a refund and went somewhere else. I called management and the response was I’m trying the best I can and I’ll talk to the guy at the window. I felt sorry for the woman, honestly.
This Schlotzky's may be shut down.My wife just ordered only at this location only to find the lights off 30 minutes before closing and the number unresponsive
This store has been out of sour cream & onion chips for at least a month and was just told it could be another month, REALLY, they can't go to Costco and stock up on their own ??? Let me know when you get some more and I might come back.
Always a treat with Schlotzskys. Sandwiches, good, pizzas, good and customer service...awesome! Nice and friendly staff at this location.Love their bread whether it be a sandwich or one of their great pizzas you will not be dissapointed. Check them out frequently for deals.Enjoy!

Came in with low expectations for employees and still ended up being disappointed. Not only did they hang up the drive through before I was done ordering, they got my sandwich wrong and didn’t even give me a receipt. Spend 8$ to not eat a sandwich
I ordered and paid online. When I arrived at 5:30 pm the store was closed. No signs posted. No one answered the phone so I guess I have to call another day to get a refund.
