Food was missing and others added that we didn’t ask for. Also had to wait awhile even though there were literally no cars or anyone in line. Staff was nice, but yeah you’re better off going to the Popeyes in Kyle ?
This freaking Popeyes socks at drive through first the took a while for them to get me my food second when I got home with my fam they didn't give me tha spicy chicken sandwich that my wife ordered and third I had ordered 2 strawberry cream pie and they even repeated it back to me and when I finally to a bite they were both freaking apple pies ?I don't recommend this Popeyes but if you do go park and double check your order before you drive home.
I have been to many Popeye's restaurants. And I can say none of them compare to this location! So clean, neat, and orderly. Everytime I stop by, my chicken and food is piping hot and fresh! I love it! Kudos to management
It was cold, was asked at the window if we'd be willing to take spicy tenders because they didn't want to make more. We had to say yes because we'd already paid and didn't want to roll the dice.
The staff was so nice! I wanted an unsweet tea (I know revoke my Texas card I’m cutting sugar) and they were out. I told her it was completely fine, but she insisted and made me a fresh batch! The chicken was good and fresh as well.
We have been to this location MULTIPLE times to give them a try and each time we were reminded why we should not go back! The first time we went we ordered a 12 piece tender but then found a coupon for a 20 piece for the same price. We told the guy at the window and he immediately made rude comments about us changing the order. The female manager came over and was nice and apologized to us about the cashier. The second time I went around 8 and they advised us they didn’t have any chicken because they just had a rush? If you know this location is is never busy and I’m sure it’s because of their customer service. Third time, I went and asked for a frozen strawberry lemonade (which I’ve had multiple times from here) the lady says we don’t sell strawberry cheesecake. I said I didn’t ask for that then a man hops on and says we don’t have lemonade here! Okay so I get to the window I see the lemonade and the bottle the strawberry purée that goes in it. I asked her what it was behind her and she stated they didn’t sell it because they had cleaned the machine. I love popeyes but I literally go to Kyle instead of here. Mind you, I pass this location before getting to Kyle. That itself says a lot!
The new managers are AMAZING! Super fast service and gave me an extra cookie because I was having a rough day
SERVING SPOILED FOOD. Do not visit this Popeyes. If you are in Buda, drive to Kyle. I have consistently had poor service here. The food is never ready when you arrive, AT LEAST A 7 MINUTE WAIT EVERY TIME, but the straw that broke the camel's back is when I received spoiled red beans and rice. There was an odor as soon as I opened them so there is no way possible the staff did not smell this odor. I tasted them still like maybe it's just smelling off and no, they tasted spoiled. I cannot be the first customer to say this on the day it happened, and when I called they simply said "Thanks." No customer service. No concern. I have gone several times hoping it would get better, EVERY TIME, I have either waited at least 7 minutes for food that isn't ready which, received the wrong order including getting 9 pieces of chicken once rather than 10 and now was served odorous spoiled red beans. The management does not care about this establishment and it shows. Just drive to Kyle!
Pulled in at 7:00pm on a Saturday, was told they didn’t have spicy tenders so I said regular was fine and ordered a sprite for a drink. All my food was cold other than the biscuit witch was semi warm. And the “sprite” they gave me was just basically just nasty sour water. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was just ridiculous. Wasn’t even given a receipt to go back and try to get my money back if I wanted to.
I had been going to this Popeyes location because the lines are never long. There are two reasons for this. First, it is a pain to find the entrance to this place. Secondly, the service is always sub par. My kid decided he wanted a Chicken Sandwich. I pull up the speaker. There are no cars in the drive through. Silence. I wait a few minutes, thinking maybe they do not realize someone is waiting. Still silence. I finally spoke up, "Hello?" The young girl comes up the speaker and never apologizes for the wait. You can hear in the tone of her voice she does not want to be there. She never asks if I want anything else. I have to give her both orders and she quickly tells me the order total and to pull up. I pull up to the window and she is still giving me attitude like this the last place she wants to be. She takes my credit card and I comment in a sarcastic tone to my kid, "Wow.. She is really friendly." The only good thing about this place is I got my food quickly. There was another car who had to pull up and wait for his food. I did risk it by not checking my order when the woman tossed me my bag. Luckily, the order was right.I get home and the tenders are small and cold. The red beans and rice was ok, but a little on the salty side. The chicken sandwiches were also cold and bland. Come on Popeyes. You need to step it up a notch. I stopped going to your Kyle location because the drive through is a nightmare and their service is just as bad as the Buda location. This is not the first time I have gone to this location and received lackluster service.
