Since when was there a storage on pizza sauce? Ordered two pizza’s and one had a normal amount of sauce. The cheese pizza should have been cheese sticks. There was no sauce. Ordered 4 ranch dressings and only received 2. Also there were no delivery drivers working so they used door dash to deliver our food so I guess they get an extra star for adapting to the situation and still providing delivery. Since when did pride in your work go out the window. Pizza Hut has now fallen below Frozen pizza quality and it’s sad. Good luck staying in business without changing your current business model.
Ok this place is the slowest worst store ever!!!! I work for a delivery service these people are so rude when they find out who you work for they either lose your order so there drivers can take them or they "" mess them up so you have to sit there 45 min. The Mexican little girl who ran the counter tonight said it was not her fault well its your store your the manager it is your fault!!!! Your wasting people's time and money
It's clear that the person running this location has no idea what they are doing. It is impossible to get a delivery order right from this particular Pizza Hut. This is the third time in less than 6 weeks that they've botched a delivery to my house. When I called to complain about missing wings, I was told I couldn't be refunded because, according to the manager, they've reached their limit for refunds for the week. It's only Monday. This is either proof that they are messing up literally every order, or it is the most ridiculous lie they tell to avoid giving refunds. What a joke. I was offered a $30 credit to fix the issue, but I highly doubt I will ever order from them again.
This is the second time I have ordered from them, last time pizza was cold and to hard to eat. This time it has been 2 hours since I have place the order and it left the store 1 1/2 hours ago and it still isn’t here. They won’t answer the phones. Very bad service
The pizza arrived 30 late, cold and over cooked. Oh and it was like I was eating a paper plate with pepperoni and a hint of cheese with a ton of grease! The crust was so thin it was nasty chewy! We ordered the pizza so we didn’t have to cook due to a death in the family and it was such a let down!
Waited outside the store for 45 minutes to pick up the online order. Didn’t get what I have ordered. Tried to call 14 times to the Buda location, but no answer. Call center picks up the phone only for new orders. Call center provided Pizza Hut corporate office contact number for making complaints.

Food was cold upon delivery, chicken looked as if it sat in the warmer for an hour, dry and all the sauce was at the bottom. Delivery took way to long, and the driver was not friendly.
My pizza was good and prepared nicely. I even received my free cinnamon sticks with my order.
You could start by actually getting my order right and not burning the cheese sticks. Also would help if the phones were working properly so when I called about my order it can be fixed by the people who got it wrong. My order was replaced by a completely different location.
