Friendly staff, fast service, and absolutely delicious pizza! This location is excellent!
Just got a large pizza at the Buda location. I have to say this may well be the best pizza I’ve ever had. Crust was spot on and lots of toppings. Got home and it was still steaming hot but didn’t last long.
I ordered for delivery and the estimated time was 27 minutes. One hour later, I ate a cold and sad pizza for dinner.Inaccurate times, awful experience, and horrible food. Such a waste of money!Id like a manager to contact me about a refund.
Food was awful!!! And not what I had ordered, they gave me a medium cheese sticks when I ordered a large, didn’t include any of the extra sauces I ordered, the pizza had hardly any cheese on it, and the cinnamon bites had hardly any cinnamon on them!!! Definitely could tell that they tried to cut as many corners as possible!!!
I love papa John's. Just not a good idea to order Halloween night. To busy??
Absolutely wonderful experience! The manager Andrew was incredibly friendly and helpful in explaining my options to me. He went above and beyond to make me happy. This is now my official go-to pizza place!
I don’t normally leave reviews, but the kind African American man working night shift on Saturday October 2nd around 11-12pm, he was so welcoming and so kind. Greets people with respect and courtesy. Need more people like him in the world!
My order didn't go through online, so I called to check on it. The guy I spoke with was wonderful and was able to fix everything. He was so happy, pleasant, and just made my day!!
Best Papa John’s around. Andrew the manager takes care of his customers. Had an order mishap one time and he made it right. Dominos in Buda should take note.
Do not expect to get what you ordered and do not expect them to make it right. Poor quality compared to their competitors. Avoid.
