Pickup not ready when I arrived. Mediocre service. No nozzles on the water at the fountain drink station. The employee went to the back to grab one with his ungloved hand after working the registers and handling money - not even sure it was clean, wherever he retrieved it from - I'm so sure all this happens when no one is watching, too, but I definitely can't unsee it. Don't worry about the water, dude - I'm good...it's only 104 degrees outside.
Wow just passed by and got a plate with broccoli beef and orange chicken, only got two small pieces of beef!! Really??? Paid $15 and only got 2 pieces of beef on my plate??? One would understand if they were super busy, but they weren’t. First time at this location, usually go to Kyle, but wow this place is a joke. This place is not worth it, if you go always check your order through the drive thru. Very disappointed!***Didn’t realize how many bad reviews this location has, I guess the managers and owners don’t care at all about their establishment.
Tried to order online and they wouldn't even offer Fried Rice. I've been to Panda Express in many cities and NEVER heard of one with no Fried Rice.
Horrible.I took the veggies out of the Kung pao chicken scoop that I received and I had 2.5 minuscule pieces of chicken (left section) in comparison to the mushroom chicken. This happens far more often than it doesn’t, and I am extremely hesitant to continue to go to this location after the 10th or so time of this happening.I also found a piece of clay or ceramic in my mushroom chicken so this meal is now entirely inedible.
Ordered plate w/orange chicken and Beijing beef. Received no Beijing beef and found a bone in the orange chicken. Please don’t waste your time at this location.
Small servings, always missing items. This time no soy sauce, last time no forks. The only consistency is the laughably small serving sizes compared to any other panda express out there.
Every few months I try this location and am immediately reminded why I don't go there. Why allow online ordering that's "ready in 15min" when the lobby is closed and the only way to pick up the food is wait 30+min in the drive thru to get cold food. I get staffing shortages, but either allow curbside pick up or don't allow online ordering.
FOOD POISONING 2/9/22. All I wanted was a small bowl, but no got the bejing beef and the chow mein. Ended up spending the following 9 hours on the toilet, violently throwing up blood and any solid or liquid in my system. All within 1.5 hours of eating this garbage. Health inspector PLEASE close this place

This is a better location than the other local one. They were friendly, greeted when i showed up and got my order right. Food was hot and recently cooked, so not much more you can expect from a fast food place.
