Worst service they said computer won't make order a combo all tables were dirty had to clean our table trash cans were overflowing staff was to damn busy laughing and giggling with each other ????
This is by far the best McDonald’s near me the burgers are excellent and the customer service is awesome very polite came for my birthday treat and I tell you the best restaurant near me I’ll be back
Nope, we were waiting and waiting for someone to take our order, the manager told us she was not taking order only on the kiosk ( not in nice way) which one side was closed, and the other was not working either, when she started finally taking orders again we asked her if we could order because the kiosk wasnot responding, she rudely said No, because we were ordering already on the kiosk, just turned around not a good experience for my family or me.
The place was filthy the manager acted like a kid... me and other guest waited for service for 20 mins while the manager went to the drive thru window and got a live chicken brought it in thru the window gave it water and took it to the back. Laughed it off like it was funny .... while she was doing all that I had to wait to pay because none of the employees could help me due to the fact that there was no money in the draw. That didn't really bother me because after seeing her take that animal thru the kitchen where all the food is I didn't want my order anymore .... that's unsanitary and none of them had gloves on ... this is the worst mc Donald's ever.... please take control of this place I've never been to a so unorganized or dirty mc Donald's ever... now I gotta drive all the was back home to kyle for food thanks to the most unprofessional manager I've ever seen. My fifteen-year-old acts more professional than she did.
Don’t go if you’re white. Racist Hispanics running that McDonald’s..they never took our order at the regular registers, so we used the kiosk to order instead..same with another white guy next to us. Still got our food but they never acknowledged us and kept working around the kitchen and gave us the food that way.She only took the Hispanics orders at the counter.
Horrible. Stay away. Burgers were so dry and old. The cheese was old, dry and crusty. My dogs didn't mind it. Almost $50 spent and wasn't worth a dime.
Long double lines but they went fast. Fries were stale, limp and verily warm. Mocha frappe had been sitting and was melting and cool whip runny. Disappointing visit.
Little slow,service but good staff
This McDonald's is a convenient location for me. The workers are very friendly. Orders sometime are missing items but when I look at my receipt I wasn't charged for the missing items so maybe there is a misunderstanding when ordering.
This location is one of the worst I have ever been. The employees are very incompetent and can't get a simple drink order correct. It is ridiculous and stupid. It's not rocket science it's JUST FAST FOOD.
