Waited for 20 mins after ordering on the screen.asked the cashier what the hold up was and they say it’s not even been made. They tell me that after you place your order on the screen you still have to tell the cashier your order so it gets made. I said maybe there should be a sign out cuz it asked for my table number and everything? After I said something lots of other people got up because they also had no clue about the screen not actually processing orders. Very disorganized process.
The staff was rude. They don't listen when you're speaking to them and they don't know how to give customer service. One of the cashiers take to my order. He said that I had to use the kiosk. When asked why he said use the kiosk, I'm taking a break. Then he walked off.I don't know if this is happening because they do are short staffed and feel like they can't get fired but the service at McDonald's has gone downhill at almost every location I have visited.This must be a sign that we should just stop going there. Maybe they will change their attitude?,#boycottmcdonalds
This McDonald's always has the fastest drivethru and is always packed. That doesn't waver the quality of the food they serve. Always hot, fresh and correct. Awesome job guys and gals. Keep up the great work.
They seem to be very disorganized when I came through. When I got up to the 2nd window they had lost lost my meal and asked me to wait in a pocket spot. I waited and they brought out my meal but not my drink. So I waited a little bit more. Not really sure how this happens at a McDonald's but it does. Aside from all that the food was hot and fresh.
This is a really busy Mickey Ds. But the bonus is that most all the time your food will be fresh including your fries. The drive through moves at a good pace and most always my order has been correct.
Very friendly staff and management that seems capable and efficient! Food was hot and fresh (unlike some of the other McDonald's ?? serving hard and stale burgers...), order was completely correct! And the Frappe machine was running smoothly!!! Mmmmmm ?Apparently between 10-11:30ish pm on a Thursday night was bad time for the drive thru lol everyone decided last night was McDonald's time, waited in line about 5-7 min... Was impressed at how quickly and smoothly they pushed through the very many customer cars that ambushed them... ??Seriously though THANK Y'ALL for having better service and fresher food than most the other locations these days
This place is one of my favorite McDonalds that I like to stop by.. Never had any attitudes from the employees. Food is always fresh and speedy service. I give it a thumbs up. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazingly fast I've never waited for a meal here they hand it to you at the 2nd window as soon as you pull up to it every time fresh. A sign of great management.
Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. I guess in the most basic sense this burger fits that description but this is pretty sad imo.
The drive-thru line at the McD's off I-35 in Kyle had double lines going around the entire parking lot, meaning at least a 30 minute wait or more. So I drove 10 minutes north to this McDs off I-35 in Buda, got my food in 2 minutes and was outta there. Buda staff was super friendly and quick, food was HOT and fresh. Thanks Buda McDs!
