We roll up to the drive through speaker, "Hello, how are you?" Excuse me, we are not that close friends. The young lady working the drive through never greeted us with "Welcome to KFC/LJS, may I take your order please?" That "laid back" greeting is not going to get you anywhere. We knew what we wanted and immediately ordered the bucket for one. We asked for the KFC sauce. She told us in a rude and curt manner, "You can request your sauces at the window." Seriously? You are going to give me attitude while I try to make your job a little easier?As we got to the window, the young lady working the window was way nicer than the rude girl who took my order. We did have to ask again after our food was handed to us, for the KFC sauce. You would have thought for the sake of efficiency you would have done that when we told you the first time, especially since the lady taking our order thought we were on a first name basis with her short greeting.The only good thing about this place was the food was hot and fresh. KFC please drop the your unprofessional greeting. I have been told by other restaurants it is to speed things up. No, it is rude and not very professional.
I was the first one there when they opened and they forgot 2 of my sides i called and the manager istavan took my name and said i could come back and get it the next day but he diddnt log it so im out my food and my money.
Service and fish were darn good, but these brown crusty things they call French fries is disgusting to look at and even worse to taste. I hate batter dipped fries, give me some good old fashioned fries and I'm happy, but this little over cooked bucket of nastiness they call fries isn't fit for a landfill, much less a meal!

I love the freshly fried fish. ? That's what I had. The crumbs from the batter are so delicious afterward. LOL

RUDE. The area coach should send friends and family to mystery shop this location. I live three miles away. Your company mailed me coupons when I tried to use them the manager said they didn't do that. He tried to guilt trip me for using the add a piece coupon as well. If I hadn't spent my last money before payday (tomorrow) I would have driven off with nothing. I didn't want a refund,I only took the food because I'm hungry.
A communication barrier for one, then everything else makes sense as to why my entire order was incorrect not to mention charged for things i didnt order and didnt get things i did order.
POORLY MANAGEDThey run out of chicken in some form. This visit they only had original recipe . My last visit they had no original , the time before that they only had crispy breast no dark meat .So, I keep giving them a chance and decided to call before I drive there..... Of course no one ever answer the phone .
The food is good. It's better than eating burgers all the time.
