I put an order in at 1:01pm, was told it would be ready by 1:30pm. I had to go to the grocery store and grab an ice cream for my son's birthday and got to the store at 1:31pm. My order was not ready. They didn't even have it cooking. There have been two customers while I've been waiting who got items first, one of which they had to make. It is 1:48 pm and I was told they just put the breadsticks in the oven. If you can't honor the cooking times please don't give one out. Not only has this put me behind for my son's birthday party but the ice cream has been in the car, while it is 103° outside, for 21 minutes now. And I just checked the ice cream and it's melted. Please either make orders on time or don't give a time.
I only go here about once every six months or so and the last two times they had nothing “hot and ready“ and this time it is 12 o’clock on a Monday and they are not even open and it is dark inside!
We sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes with absolutely no answer. We drove to the window and nobody was at the front. So we drove around and parked. We went inside and someone came to the front and took our order and said it would be ready in 10 minutes. We waited 15 more minutes and went back to the window for him to tell us the payment didn't go through so they didn't make the pizza. So we paid a second time and he told us it would be another 10 minutes. So we waited almost an hour for a 5 minute pizza. Very. Dissapointed.
This location NEVER has anything ready. Its always a 10 ot 15 min wait. What happened to hot and ready or having a drive thru with fast service I ordered and extamost pepperonipizza and They gave me a standard pizza with the least pepperoni ever #frustratingaf #getittogether
In 4 years that we’ve been coming here??? We finally had a very kind customer service experience from this location today with the young lady at the window. Thank you Jasmine for very much appreciated customer service.????? It means a lot to us to be treated kindly + excellent customer service. This place finally found the right person. ???? This little Caesars location has to be the most poorly run I've ever experienced. They never have any "hot and readys" ready. Every single time I've come, there is always something they don't have and the customer service is pretty much non existent. I called 18 times to try and place an order so we could try and get dinner on the way home. The phone was not answered once. I could do online, but at the time I was driving with 5 kids. The owners have no idea how much business and money they're losing out on. Wish there was another one closer. I'll probably stick to the pizza hut around the corner. Save yourself the frustration and find another place for pizza.
The woman working with blue hair is absolutely rude. I wanted to know if they had any ready pizzas and she rolls her eyes and say no and you’re gonna have to at least 30 mins! I asked if they had any to they might have that weren’t picked up and I was willing to purchase. She said no so do you want to order a pizza or not! I said she was rude and she walked off. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to deal with customers. Simple!
Drive thur pickup a 5.00 pizza. Good for what it is.

Worst one ever bread sticks dried up and smashed left over from lunch!!! Pizza is so old the pizza sauce is dried on the box and the cheese is hard as a brick!!! How in the @%# do you have the audacity to sell this #!$%...??? Tried calling store no one answers great customer service.......
