I was at the Buda,Tx location & I chose to dine in… big mistake upon entering the restaurant the dining area reeks of mold & filth in entire dining area walls & ceiling of mold & improperly sanitized in all areas of dining area including soda fountain where what’s supposed to be clean stainless steel covers is file with dirty mold spores from no sanitation from staff. This restaurant should be fined and/or shut down. I paid $ 9.19 for a dine in meal any this was my experience. Your staff wasn’t even welcoming…
The man working the drive thru around 1:30pm on 4/15/22 was awesome! I'd go back any time he was taking orders.
Decided to get chicken for the family tonight for dinner and should have gone somewhere else. I waited in the drive through after ordering my food for over 30 minutes. After driving back home, I found that I was missing 2 of the sides that I had ordered, including the one side that my allergy kid is able to eat. I called them to let them know and figure out if anything could be done and instead of answering the phone, they hung up on me - twice!To top everything off, I'm pretty sure they used the Long John Silver's chicken in the KFC breading to fill my order of tenders. It wasn't horrible, but it was not the same either.Overall, very disappointed. After a few other less than stellar interactions at this location, tonight was the last straw - we will not be returning.
The food was hot and tasted good as usual but I must give a shout-out to the drive thru widow guy, he was excellent and kudos to him. Great customer experience!
Restaurant was very dirty and all the tables needed to be cleaned. Our food took a good 15 minutes and we were the only ones there. The ladies serving our food didn't have gloves on or a facemask. Honestly do not recommend coming to this KFC.

Chicken was dry. Very disappointing. Normally it is awesome. Thus my driving to Buda. Didn't get the food trays I asked for either.
Tried the new spicy chicken sandwich and it was pretty good.
My mother and I went here for drive thru and it was an awful experience. We bought an 8 pc combo and then my mom wanted just chicken tenders not a combo because we already got sides with the 8 pc combo. So she asked how much 6 piece tender was that wasn't a combo and the lady said $11.99 which made no sense because a chicken tender 5 piece box is $8.99. So my mom brought that up and the lady said she couldn't do anything about it. So we pull up to the window and I looked up how much a 6 piece tender that isn't a combo was and it said $6.99. So we brought it up to the lady and she said there wasn't anything she could do because it's one button. So we asked for a manager and explained and showed him how much it says online and he had the same snarky attitude and said he couldn't do anything. Just terrible service. And then when we came home, the chicken was old and gross and the biscuits weren't even cooked all the way. Terrible and rude service. Always teenagers running the place and never know what they're doing or how to treat people. Don't ever go here.
Place was clean. Service was good. Food was good. But $30 for two people for lunch? I could have went next door or across the street and paid half that price. Little on the pricey side.
