This has to be the worst location I’ve ever visited. The guy was completely rude, took him way to long to get my order, has no communication skills, no customer service skills. I would pass on him being slow if he said anything, but it shouldn’t take you longer than 10 minutes and here I am 20 minutes in. Do better.
For a fast food place y'alls cream coffees have no business being that dang good. Man I even prefer the coffee here instead of anywhere else.Asides from that, never had a bad order here or unsatisfying food.
First of all Jack-in-the-Box locations are all ghetto they don’t answer the phone orders be wrong sometimes they run out of things close early it’s sad.
It was very tasty and freshly made. . onion rings were super hot. :)
Buda tx,location is never open for breakfast,no signs to let you know what’s going on and the drive thru had safety cones to block it. Funny thing is that there are people inside but no service,sorry taking my business elsewhere

I've lived here for about 6 months.. and I don't put in bad reviews unless there is good reason... And this is consistently the worst jack in the box I've been to... Closed when I've never seen jack in the box closed and they've had a taco sauce shortage for the entire 6 months I've been here.. order 2 tacos and you get two sauces .. drove here and disappointed once again.. I decided I was putting in a bad review before I left the parking lot.. and I won't be back..
Doing a pickup today. Drivethru blocked. Doors locked. No answer on the phone. No signage explaining wth is going on. Just don't bother.
I had ordered 20 tacos and was missing 2 tacos and 2 orders of mini churros and when I called several times to let them know, no one ever answered the phone. I showed up the next day with my receipt and the person in the drive thru said there would be a long wait and I said that would be fine so that I can get the items they owed me. She sighed big and had a very ugly attitude and said okay. I only waited 3-5 minutes so I guess they just didn't want to work. Bad attitudes and poor customer service.
