Awesome place to stop by for a burger! The fried pickles & fries are always on point, custards and deserts are delicious too! Each time I've come, the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s hard to find a place that doesn’t mess up your order and still makes delicious food, this is the place to stop by. best burger spot so far in Buda/Kyle. Also to mention the lobby is always clean when I stop by.
All items are wrong on my order. After waiting for twenty minutes to talk to someone, we explain how wrong the order is, then after a few more minutes the manager came to the drive thru window to ask me, "what did we want." in a sarcastic tone. What else would I want but the food that I actually ordered? The manager was holding the receipt when they asked. After supposedly correcting the order, one burger with no tomatoes was made again with tomatoes. I took it back in and spoke with the manager Maria. I was assured it would be taken care of but offered nothing to make up for the already 40 minutes I've been here at this point. I was made another Burger but once I opened it up after leaving not only did it have tomatoes on it but it had an insane amount of spread. This is what I would call a "screw you for complaining" message from the kitchen. This will be my last time visiting the Buda location.
Staff is super friendly and nice. Food was good as usual. First time I have had the hot dog and it was a pleasant surprise and beyond my expectations for a fast food hot dog. Quick service. Recommend the cheese curds with Ranch and Marinara mixed. You will thank me later.
I got the bacon burger along with a vanilla shake. It was good but the fries were cold and shake was kinda melted after driving 10 minutes down the road. Also no napkins or condiments. The food still tasted good.
The worst customer service ever!!!Waited for 6 mins to place my order, once I got to the area to order the drive through.The menu was dark no lights, the open sign was on by the driveway. The car in front of me waited 5 mins before moving forward. When I reached the window she asked that I circle back around saying the the girl with the headset had walked off. I asked for the manager and ask to order a turtle sundae since there were 4 cars waiting to place an order I did not want to circle back around.She took my order asked me to move up and they would bring it out.I pulled up and after 7 mins a melted sundae was brought out. I ask if they would replace it with one that was not melted. The girl brought out a replacement, no fudge and just a dab of carmel.I pulled back around and ask for a refund. I was given $5.62 after paying $6.70.I asked if I was overcharged the first time or why wasn't I given back $6.70.Michelle V. was VERY put out that she had to take my order in the first place.That they had to make a second one after they let it sit and melt for 7 mins. And that I finally wanted a refund.Hope you have better luck than I did.
They ran out of American cheese and gave us options for other cheese. None of out burgers had cheese, none! Then the fries were half filled and tons of salt. The drinks were wrong too and they were watered down to boot. Then came the ice cream. They gave us ones that were partly liquid and we found a hair, a white/blond long hair in one of the ice creams. Gross!!! The staff didn't know what the heck they were doing. We could hear them yelling at each other over the intercom at the drive thru too. Horrible location!
Food was fine, employees were kind. What I didn't like was how many employees were standing around chatting yet. Food on the floors around the fryers and dirty tables in the dinning area. The gentleman serving fries and fulfilling the orders had a single fry on the counter where he deliveries the order. This fry sat there for the 30 min I was there, while he was not busy at all. I almost walked out. If you are not busy, clean. Sanitize. Have pride in what you elect to do.
I wanted a burger and drove by here on my way to a different establishment. I'm glad I dropped in.The steak burgers are prepared with care: two patties, cheese, two slices of kosher pickle, onions and mustard.Fries are skinny, crispy and the supplies fry sauce partners great with them. Add the seasoned salt for a little extra zest and your having a meal!The burger is excellent, but as the name suggests, the real star of the show is the frozen custard. Rich, smooth, and delicate it stands up on its own or acts as a base for a sundae, concrete, shake or malt.
Freddies USED to be amazing, now they just slow and disorganized. Such a shame that a place i use to eat at which they were quick on food became the worst resturant to eat at in buda. Get it together guys. And if you think im lying, check the photo.
Soooo yummy! The burgers are amazing! Always cooked to perfection. When you’re there, don’t forget to get one of their famous concretes! There are many toppings to choose from. Personally I always have to take a quart or two home for those midnight snacks lol!
