The food was delicious! I placed my order at the "To go" section. I ordered the seasoned salmon with broccoli for me and the half rack of dry rubbed ribs with broccoli, frieds, and coleslaw for my husband. My salmon was seasoned and cooked to perfection. By far the best salmon I've had at a restaurant for sure! The salmon I ordered normally has other things on it but I chose to just have the seasoning. Kudos to the chef/cook! I may even order it again tomorrow (and hopefully not be disappointed). Mu husband thoroughly enjoyed his food as well. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is because they brought the food to our vehicle but neglected to provide utensils or napkins. Why would you ever give anyone an order without napkins or utensils? Other than that the food experience was great.

Management seem to be having employees problems: I witness shortness of staff, inexperienced waiter, no one cleaning table. It took over 15 mins before waiter introduced herself, food arrived quickly but no silverware available, no water offered, no drinks, or no plates offered with the appetizers, quality of food taste dry and plain. Some items on the menu were not available, no milk for kids, no lemonade. Couple customers recieved the wrong bill, including us and no bags to carry the food out. Once at home, I attempt to spice up the food to get a better taste for my money. Manager apologized for the bill mistake but no discount offered. Now, I have to monitor my account to ensure I am not charge incorrectly for our meals.Maybe the future they can turn things around before losing more customers.

The appetizer and entree were not what I asked for. My kid wanted a steak well done but she got medium rare. Our waiter was polite and helpful. We got the triple platter appetizer, steak, and 2 burgers. The southwest egg rolls were the only thing we liked.Overall - We weren't happy with what we got and didn't finish our meals.Chilis used to be my favorite place to eat. I'm not sure what happened to that chain, but they need new owners.

Terrible take out services at this location. Have ordered several times some big and small orders. Each time something is wrong and there's an added wait at some point. This time as usual jad to run inside to grab the food as I saw several other people giving up and doing the same after 10 minutes I decided to try too. A lady was in there and our food directly behind her. Once I got home I noticed they got one of the orders completely wrong with the sticker for the correct order taped on top. I went back because their automated phone hung up. I waited in there for over 15 minutes as no one was at the curbside. The bartender was busy taking orders so I waited. Finally someone walked by and said "oh yeah I think I saw the correct food" took the container I brought back and just dumped out what was wrong replacing it with the cold food that had been sitting there. The convenience of ordering to go at this location is no longer worth the hassle.

Except for a lady there today (my first visit to a Chili's in my life), most staff were practically blank, lost and unfriendly. When I wanted to pay, no waiters could be found for a good while (they were in a meeting one guy said), and after one staff member was found, it seemed to me he had no clue, just a blank stare at me, then "begging' for a tip by asking if I wanted change after I handed him cash. But the experience gave me another illustration I can use during customer service trainings, which I've done for 20 years.

Great food. We love the 2 for $$ options it includes appetizer 2 dinners and dessert which is perfect. The food is always delicious. My favorite is the crispy chicken crispers (always crisp LOL). Their chips and salsa are great! Good guac too. Staff was very kind as we had a 7 year old with us who had a birthday ?

Well golly.. we went in and waited for an hour an hour and 15 minutes to be exact and our salads didn't even come out. It's like the entire staff disappeared and ran to the back to run around in circles or something. Jeez this isn't even the first time we've had a bad experience at this location this is actually our 4th. They messed up my order and also took a long time the previous times. Not this long but longer than needed. We left this time and will not be back.. we had our two young kids with us that needed food. Its late. Good night.

This is our local Chili's that we always go with our friends and family. We have always been going here for years, and the service and the food were pretty good, but it has slowly been slacking. In the last couple of times we've gone, it's like they are a bit understaffed as far as waiters. The food is still really good, but it's just not as quick as the service that they used to have before.

Great get together with friends. Food was good and service was just ok

If I was the owner, area manager or corporate and went in to this place on a Saturday evening, I would feel sick to my stomach by how this place is managed. Went to pick up an order and as I get there the to go section is filled with upset people with 1 hour waits. The two girls running the front are very rude to the customers, not necessarily to me, but to others and lacked sincerity. They’d also make very unprofessional comments and deny anyone access to a manager. Their excuses were that they were poorly trained and that it was the kitchens fault and believe me, I saw many customers confront them on this during my long wait. One customer even suggested that they go help the kitchen and one counter girl said “oh we don’t do that, we just deal with the customers or whateva.” Obviously a lot of things wrong but training the to go staff wouldn’t be a bad start. Very disappointed in this place tonight.
