The food was fine, they were short staffed, however, so the doors were locked and they were only letting some people in it was strange. The drive through is not working so there was a lot of confusion and people going somewhere else. Overall not a great experience.
Fast service .freash vegetables hot food fries are amazing yummy . I've went at different times and my ordorr is always correct and fast friendly service. I highly recommend this Burger king
We love to stop at BK and I know they are having, as are other businesses, staffing problems, but having only drive-through and no inside ordering is disappointing. Also, orders are incorrect and, unless you check, you don't know till you get home. Am hoping, too, that the outside of the building - parking lot, entry drives, etc. - will be updated and renovated when the other businesses around there are completed. There will certainly be competition across the street - BK needs to make itself presentable and desirable to keep customers interested.
So I was craving a flame broiled whopper tonight. Yeah I know, I don't even hardly ever eat a hamburger but you know well.....anyway. I ordered on the app and sent my son and daughter to pick them up, I had anesthesia today and am not supposed to drive. It was 7:34, set pickup for 7:50 and Burger King is 4.6 miles away. Everything was set to go perfect......??????So they get home with said order....nothing was right, but only knew that my burger and my daughter's wasn't right. So I sent them an email after attempting to call. Took the following pictures of those two burgers, we were also missing items.I looked at the burger that they sent me and was like heck no, that is disgusting. So I get my daughter's burger and my burger and go ask my son for his (well you know an 18 year old will eat anything)but it didn't have anything on it, except for cheese, it was all gone. My baby girl had ordered nuggets and they were good. So I get in my car and head back to BK..get the young girl to come unlock the door and explain, in a very calm manner what is wrong. She told me to go through the DT and she would make the order again. Waited behind 2 cars, got to the window and she took my order again. I watched her and she had it all right. I was thinking atleast it would not be cold, because the first ones were stone cold. They apologized again and I explained that I understood..Stopped around the front of the building to check the order.....yep, you guessed it, cold and every burger was wrong. Go back to the door and the young lady unlocks it again(from here I edited out some details to protect an employee) and is accompanied by another person, who actually went in and made my food. (Thanks to those 2 people)At 8:45 I finally had hot, made to order burgers...my burger was oh so good, perfect...but I was full after 3 bites. By this time it was 9pm.1st picture was supposed to have 2 meats and lettuce2nd picture: was supposed to have everything, including Ketchup, and mayo without tomatoes...lettuce would have been nice.French fries were cold and my onion rings were missing.3 stars: one for the young lady that actually opened the door and tried to help me.Two for the older lady that actually went to the kitchen and made my order..It was so good.

Last Thursday (1/13/22) the young man working the drive through window was extremely rude.I rarely give bad reviews, but there was/is no reason to be disrespectful to a customer. I would appreciate an apology from that staff member and the management. I don't think its likely, but I'll keep my 1 star rating until I get a phone call and an apology.Lets see how long it takes.
Lunch time on a Tuesday. The drive thru is blocked off and the doors are locked. No way to order. Tried to ask an employee that was outside what was going on. They walked right past us with no reply. Terrible service!

You guys need to get it together. The other night we came by and yall were closed early. Tonight we come by and there's one newish young man working by himself? Where is management? Never since my teen years working for a fast food chain have I seen it this bad. This boy was taking orders fast to where we hoped he got our order correctly, cooking and packing all at the same time and when food was served the meat patties were alil burnt and the fries were cold. Unexceptable. Period. If you can't find staff to work just close down cuz over working employees under pressure like that will never have healthy applicants. Do better.
Hey Lilly I love your restaurant. Glad that you have hung inthere with Burgerking as long as you have. You are one of the reasons I keep coming back. Your personality shines brighter then the stainless steel kitchen you have inside the restaurant. And you pride yourself with the over all experience someone should expect. Getting fresh hot food in a clean and friendly environment.
