Extremely salty food and salty owner when confronted or giving reviews of the food. I don’t understand how the owner is a UT grad but talks like a sailor and has prejudices against different people that don’t look as ugly as him. I would go elsewhere and not support this racist establishment. Cancel culture is not a plague it’s a form of accountability when you think your skin can save you.

I wanted to love it. Catfish was tasty but more crust than fish. Shrimp had good flavor but was tuff. Hush Puppies were good. No cocktail sauce. Finally, just too salty!

I have been a big fan of this place since it opened. The shrimp baskets are big an plentiful. The shrimp is also plump. They do not use these smaller shrimp like some restaurants do. The fries are hot and crispy. I am not a big fan of Coleslaw; but, I will eat it from Beaux's. The Bouldin Balls are amazing. Whatever you order off the menu, you will not go wrong. Beaux's is on the list of places to go for dinner when In in the Buda area.

I got the fish tacos, my stepdaughter got the catfish basket, and we got the crawfish Mac to save for leftovers! I’m not sure what they put in the slaw, but it’s impeccable. All food was fried perfectly, and the green onions in the crawfish Mac are what dreams are made of. There was a darn wasp that kept chasing us, but it didn’t stop me from eating my fish taco while running away, ha! Definitely a great place to grab some good southern grub!

First time trying this place and it was great!Fresh, fried seafood..(the other plate not pictured)

Stopped in here this evening and had the crab cake Po Boy. It was awesome! Everything down to the lettuce was very fresh. Everybody was friendly and the food truck park had several other trucks that looked good as well. Definitely would recommend a stop.

A co-worker told my husband about this place so we decided to try it. The food was not good at all. We couldn't eat it. Salt is a flavor enhancer not a replacement for the flavor itself. As you can see from the pictures this is what we were served. We live less than 5mins down the road so it didn't have to travel far at all. The crawfish fettuccini was extremely salted and had little crayfish in the pasta, as you can see. The $12 peacemaker had 3 shrimp with no breading and 2 soggy wet fried oysters. The bread was soaking wet and mushy. We ask for no salt on the fries but that didn't happen. They were extremely salty. The chips were hard, stale, salty and old. The crawfish queso was salty and a watery. This meal was in no way worth the $50 we paid for it. We are more than disappointed and wasted our money because we had to eat elsewhere, this food was not edible or appetizing. My question is, would you serve this looking like this and tasting like this to your family? I'm pretty sure you wouldn't. Why would you serve it to your customers? We will never ever eat here again!!!!! We want our money back!!!

Top 3 best fried fish tacos I’ve ever had! Will definitely be going back. The batter is super light and flaky. Fresh fish that they fry right there. Slaw was amazing and I’m not a huge slaw fan. Was only able to eat 2 of 3. They’re huge!

Second time coming here. I really need to eat here more often as they food is so satisfying.First occasion we had boudain balls, crab cakes and fish and shrimp basket. We were super hungry and THOUGHT we could finish all that but no, it was tons of great seafood.Today, had the fish and chips and man, they have BOTH the fish and chips on lock! Fish is beer battered which makes a super light, crispy and airy batter. I made the mistake of having it with malt vinegar-not that it wasn't good, but the fish really didn't need any help as it was killer by itself. The fries, I don't know what magic seasoning they use but they're simply one of the best fresh, skin on fries ever that were topped with flaky salt. ???Yeah definitely gonna return. I cant wait to try their Poboys!

Catfish breading was bland and although fish did not taste fishy, it tasted like It fell in a rinse of water from Travis Lake and then put in the fryer. The coleslaw was a dry slaw more on the vinegary side, slightly sweet for you who like vinegar based coleslaw. I got my bag of food and as I walked back to my vehicle, looked inside my bag and they did not include any utensils or napkins. Sigh. If it wasn’t for the huge tasty hush puppies I would have given this food truck one star.
