I had the best hamburger, everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. Onion Rings were fantastic. Service was friendly.
I had not been to a Whataburger in over a year and thia one is the epitome of the raason why. I know it's fast food, but my truck was hotter than the fries and my socks were fresher than the burger. The ice in the fountain drink was the best part of my whole meal. The service at the drive through window was definitely without a smile - I appreciate that they came to work but if they hate their jobs that much, there are 1000s of entry-level positions available in this town.With all the burger joints in this town, it will probably be another year before I attempt another Whataburger..
I don't really eat fast food so much but whataburger is always a great choice for me when i do. I come to this location because its closer to where i live but lately the past few times ive went, the food quality was trash, this time i went at 6am when it wasnt packed and not only was the wait time long as hell but the food wasnt even fresh. I also found a hair after i finished my burger which i assume was in the fries because it was on the spot where i emptied the fries. Bad location, i would avoid it as theyre very inconsistent which puts a bad look on a good fast food place. I wouldve rather put that money into gas rather than this poorly made burger.
Poor customer service and food quality!Ordered a Patty Melt meal here in the drive thru (the burger was ok tasting) around 5:30pm on a Sunday but you could tell the order was rushed(as the burger was done sloppily) even though there weren’t that many people in line at the drive thru. When I come at a hour that’s not busy, I expect better and more attention paid to my order.As well as this, I ordered a unsweet tea but was given a diet coke, which I didn’t find out until moving from the drive thru pick up window. I never think that a customer should have to check if every detail of their order is correct as that is the job of the employees who build the order, but this Whataburger location really tests my trust with that now as coming here is more a inconvenience than a convenience! This is isn’t the first time this has happened either at this location. I always rate customer service by how much attention employees pay to details and this Whataburger is NOT IT! In fact, I wasn’t given a receipt(or the ketchup I asked for) or asked if I wanted one so that’s why I made my review here on google since I couldn’t do it via the website. Further regarding food quality, the fries were terrible as well since they were crunchier than usual(not necessarily a bad thing), but also very stale(which was AWFUL) as if they were fried more than once just to fulfill orders on time. A picture of some of the fries is included in this rating.That being said, I believe some employees at this restaurant are cutting corners/have no pride in the service they are providing even with how simple of orders they have to fulfill. Therefore, I genuinely give this restaurant a 1 to almost 2 star rating for poor quality of food and poor customer service. I won’t be returning to this Whataburger as much anymore until issues with customer service and food production improves.
Dry bun and barely warm meat patty; definitely not the Whataburger I was expecting. Fries had probably been in prepped earlier as well. Will not be eating there again. Good note however - Wait staff was very friendly.
I have ordered from this location at least once a week for about two years because I work right down the street and it’s convenient. I always do curbside and besides the occasional mistake on my order it’s has always been okay and timely but twice this week first Wednesday and now today I have had to wait over 30 minutes for my order and had to resort to going inside to ask for my food. I would understand if it was extremely busy but both times they had an almost empty dining room and only a couple vehicles in the drive through. I will update my review if they ever turn this around because wasting the majority of my lunch break waiting for the “fast food” isn’t working out very well.
Location was short of staff like most all places now. This didn't stop then from being helpful and they continued to work hard to get orders out timely. There was however a rude customer that was ruining everyone else's time inside by being loud demanding a supervisor because she was mad that her meal wasn't instantly placed in her hand after paying. Can't say I made things better by telling her to shut her face and to stop being rude to the employees because they were still being nice and trying to get things done right.
Love the food and the staff is almost always friendly. I only rated 4 instead of 5 stars because the wait can be very long, and often times I have to park and come in from the drive thru because items are missing. But overall I still like this location!
Mgrs are nice yes but food is awful. Messed up order 2 times cannot get it right. Chicken strips dry as heck meat over cooked can never get bbq either on the burger or packet. No dipping sauce for chicken strips. Food COLD. I hate it is so bad other Whatas are good. This one has always been the worst one in BCS. WILL go to Burger King from now on. Still waiting on a call from GM or any mgr for that matter for last visit. Do not normally call and complain but after so many bad experiences had to voice my disappointment.
I try my best to avoid this location. Food is good, but they take SO long. (Not even that busy)
