Food was great but they did not put our fries in the bag so we had to get out and get them. Mistakes happen and all it cost me was a few seconds of time.
Went through the drive through, was fast and they greeted us right away and took our order. All of our burgers were cooked to perfection and were all right. The order was out quickly. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because she forgot to give us our drinks and we had to ask for them.
This has to be the worst Whataburger there is Management should be fired as well as the employees. You have to wait 45 minutes to get your food and then the food is cold. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will be filing a complaint with Cooperate. The young lady who was passing out the food should be fired she had absolutely no customer service skills. The guy at the window is the only person who should be able to keep their job. Please make changes or close this place down.
Whataburger is a favorite. In my opinion, this location is providing better window service than I recall. It's an older unit, but the exterior seems maintained. Single drive through lane.

Reminded why we stopped going here. Always the slowest fast food in town. We ordered online for curbside pickup and STILL waited 10 minutes after parking. Used to be my favorite fast hamburger, but now the tomatoes are usually green, the lettuce is usually white, and the order is incorrect about 40% of the time.
I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger no mustard, instead I got a top bun in between 2 bottom buns with 3 pieces of chicken and some sweet and spicy sauce which is not even close to what is on a sweet and spicy bacon burger so I'm not sure how that even happens other than just being lazy and not paying attention because the receipt says exactly what I ordered.

That’s multiple times now my sweet and spicy bacon burger didn’t have bacon. Neat. This location is usually super slow too.
Consistently one of the worst whataburgers there is! Always extremely slow, messes up my order more often than not. Employees care more about who they can get to take their Saturday shift for them instead of taking care of the customer. To top it off today one of the employees was eating pancakes/eggs with her hands behind the cashier counter while telling other employees that food was waiting on the bar to go out to the customer...
