It was a little pricey and the tacos were kinda small. Bought 4 steak fajita taco cost $17.00 but, I guess this is the new norm with everyone jacking up their prices due to gas/pandemic
I have tried calling in and order for 2 dozen breakfast tacos 3 differerent times on 3 different days and it was told that they are too busy and can not make them. I even said I could come in and wait or pick up at a later time but they just say they ate too busy. At least tell me it will be ready on an hour or 2. I can understand and so that, but the person on the phone just wont take the order. Bad buesness. I can go to a packed restaurant on a busy weekend and get a large catering order in an hour. Their is no excuse to not be able to make a simple 2 doz breakfast tacos in an hour and a half. Makes no since.
Ordered a family box, half of the flautas were busted open. I worked at taco cabana when I was younger so I know that happens during the prep process, but it can be prevented.
It's great Mexican fast food. The service is always friendly. I wish they were open later than 10pm.
They are using store bought tortillas. Each day they put a note on the drive thru speaker that is was being fixed the day before. The tortillas are smaller so they decreased the filling also. Not worth the money. Will go back to getting breakfast at Sonic.
On a Saturday at 3 pm the dining room was locked and no sign explaining that it was closed. Drive through was 10 cars deep and I sat in line for 10 minutes and did not move an inch before I got out of line and gave my money to Sonic next door. Thank you Taco Cabana for my Sonic number 2.
Always an issue here. Order in the app, says it'll be ready at a certain time. Pull into the spot and call, still 10 or so mins later might get food to ya.Tried going in to pick it up, sits there on the counter, everyone busy at the drive thru, buzzing by getting items for others, standing under the sign that says pick up orders and need my drinks, so can't pick up and go, gotta wait until someone hears me, looks up to see someone is there, etc. And they blame someone else, 'oh, thought....'Thank GAWD Torchy's is much better all around, flavorful tacos, much better margaritas, and much more consistent with support/assistance
Got a small mixed fajita Quesadilla. The Quesadilla didn't have a lot of meat and the meat it did have was old and dry. I tried to call the restaurant to inform them but no body answer! I'm very disappointed
Top shelf margaritas ( made with Margaritaville Blue Agave tequila) for 2 dollars. Good food, too much to describe. Less expensive than neighboring establishments. Lovely patio if you dont mind the traffic on Briarcrest. I am going back (repeatedly).
