I called tonight to see what’s time they will close since it is Easter. Their employee was so rude. I asked him “are u close tonight at 2 am ? Then he just hung up the phone on me. I tried to call again and again but he didnt pick up my call
Up untill a month ago, this was the one I went to, the last 2 times I barely got beans and hardly any meat or any anything else for that matter. This happened 3 times. The new help they had was very limited on English and kinda blew me off. I just asked why they stopped putting the normal amount of beans and meat on thier stuff. Plus the prices went up. I went down the road to Taco casa and they are still making thier customers happy. Plus you can actually communicate to them. Please work on making them like they were, not skimming. I like Taco Bell better. So please let the help know or show them how they are supposed to made. Untill then it will have to be Taco Casa. If it was 2 months ago this would of never been said.
There was black ink on the inside of my wrapping and all over my steak quesorito. Very disappointing after getting home and having to throw it away. Basically had to throw away money and didn’t get dinner.
Service was terrible! Have never had a problem there until the last year. The lady working the window was incredibly rude, slammed the window shut multiple times, spilled my water on me, and very cold in general. This particular location has gone downhill.
Staying at the nearby hotel we picked up a quick dinner - didn’t want to go out and it’s a super busy weekend in town so couldn’t get in anywhere anyway. Lady on front of us placed a $100 order! Yes at Taco Bell - this was going to take way too long! An employee came from behind the counter to take our order because we had been waiting a while - we got our food fast and it was pretty decent! I was more pleased by the service than the food (I mean - it’s Taco Bell…), good customer service makes even average food taste much better.
Crazy but my tacos and burrito meal (#2) was really good. Nice guy at the window, too.
I mean, c'mon, it's Taco Bell. They keep it clean and service was fast and considering I haven't been in a Taco Bell since the 90's they were really patient taking my order, too - which they got a little wrong but still yummy so not a bad review, just an imperfect one. And for the money it's still a late-night good deal.
This location has gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions. ALWAYS check your order, including what’s inside your burritos/crunch wrap/etc. before you leave the location.
Hey Guys! This Taco Bell location is very clean and the staff is very customer oriented. Great place to make a quick lunch stop. Even the hot sauce packets are evenly organized at the condiment table! So if your close by, go ahead and check this one out.
Fast, good prices, and tasty even if its not the most nutritional.
