Been here repeatedly sad it's in my neighborhood. Crew the past two times I've gotten to go had been excellent but prior and at night it definitely can use help.. most veggies appear to be fresh
Ignorant employees. Never greet you and then disassemble your sub at the register to correct it after making it wrong to begin with. After calling mngt to file a complaint, he hung up on me. Spend your money at places that welcome your business. Not this Subway.
I like going to Subway getting a sandwich or a salad
1 1/2 months ago, I ordered from the app. Neither mine nor my husband's sandwiches were correct. Mine was missing avocado and my husband's had the incorrect cheese. Drove back and they were remade correctly. The staff that evening was pretty friendly. Toninght, I went in person and ordered. The young girl seemed put out that that, 1 - I wanted my bread toasted before anything was placed on it, and 2 - that I wanted it toasted a second time with meat and cheese. She was very sloppy with the way she made the sandwiches. (A woman came in behind me and Cristian was making her sandwiches and was doing a superb job! They looked great, I should have asked him to do it!) She told the man ringing up my sandwiches to add avocado to the total, which was indeed correct because I asked for it. She was finishing my sandwiches while I paid. Once I got home, zero avocado on my sandwich again. Two times to this store and 2 times order not done correctly. I seriously should have walked out when I saw the brown lettuce (which I declined on both sandwiches). We just moved to this area and so far, everywhere we have been in BCS, has been great except for this particular Subway. Hopefully, we can try a different one in the area and have better luck, but the Booneville Rd location needs a lot of training. From the lack of response by management to any reviews, good or bad, it looks like management doesn't care.
I was in there this evening and I was greeted by Brighton Early He was so sweet and friendly he made my experience there better than it has been there in a long time. Keep up the good work Brighton you definitely brightened up my day. Hope the owners see this?
Customer service always sucks when I come in. I wish I knew the employees name because he is rude as all get out. And they got rid of my favorite sandwich so lost my business

Go in and ask for THE EMPLOYEES FAVORITE SANDWICH. They work there, I promise you they know how to make a better sandwich than you do. I've done this every time I've gone to a subway and it's amazing Every. Single. Time. 10/10 would do again!!!
Everytime I walk in, the employees are always working hard and very friendly. Once once or twice have there been a missing ingredient in my sandwich for online orders but its always still good!
