Not everyone has the same abilities to reach and grab orders. When the carhops are lazy and don’t make sure the order is secure, the order hits the ground. Carhops shouldn’t then expect you to just take the order. Better training for your staff would ensure customers of all abilities are properly served. Also, please make your restroom accessible or take the accessible sign off of it. You’re violating state and federal laws as well as telling customers with disabilities they aren’t important to you.
The morning staff is always so friendly and courteous!!!! Love coming in the mornings just to see their smiles. ???
It's one of those places that I only go to if I know certain people are working that day. If certain people work there, your order might be messed up or they will not give you correct change. Kind of a hit or miss place.
Never had any issues. Always polite and courteous. Quite quick and usually fresh
This is the most incompetent sonic I’ve ever been to. I had a mobile order placed. Upon arrival, the large cheese tots were missing and the rest of the order was not even correct for over half of it. After pressing the red call button to tell them we were missing our cheese tots, we were told it’d be right out. After waiting about 10 minutes, we pressed it again. Another person answered and we told them we were still waiting. They didn’t say another word and completely ignored us. Finally, someone else got on the speaker and said they were bringing them out. After about ANOTHER 5 minutes of waiting simply on tater tots, they were STILL NOT CORRECT. The staff was rude, slow, and disrespectful. Too bad it was an online order and I had already paid, or I would’ve just left. I feel like I got scammed, and I will never return to this location.
Food is ok. Its definitely change from when they first opened business. They dont have all the ice cream sundaes they used to have. I love the slushies. The car hop was not real speakative.
Took them 6 times to get order right even driving to the window to tell them another 3 times cuz they couldn't even get drink order right...then had to wait 15 min for hamburgers then they didn't even get them right n on top if that the buns were hard n the edges of meat was hard...waste of time n money nasty tasting n hard took them home to my dogs....the definitely need work at that fine never again!!!!!!
Employees were awfully rude and the ordering system for payment was in need of maintenance. However, the food was delicious and would come again if the Employees are not rude.
This is my second time in 2 months I’ve eaten here and received cold food!I’m done. What a waste of money. I order a chicken sandwich thinking it needs to be deep fried to order. Nope it was dry and the crust was peeling off like it was sitting under a not very hot heat lamp. I’m a Chef and I can’t believe the manager would allow old food to be served. This place is poorly managed!
Watched the manager sit out front on her phone while a major rush. Waited for our drinks for 6 minutes. All while her feet were propped up on the table.I used to work at Sonic and what I saw today was unacceptable honestly. You handle customers before you take a break ? made me drop my reviews.
