Love the locally sourced food and simple elegance of the decor. Bar has handcrafted unique cocktails & very knowledgeable bartenders. Wait staff is amazing & accommodating. There are not enough words to describe the excellence of the chefs. Would give a lot more stars if it were possible!!

Made a reservation to come eat for dinner for a combination anniversary/birthday/graduation dinner. The service was great, very timely and the wait staff was nice and helpful. We ordered the hanger steak and the grilled eggplant. The steak was a perfect medium-rare and the grilled eggplant tasted amazing. For dessert we got the peaches and cream ice cream. By far the best ice cream Iâve ever had in my life. The flavor was great and the cream came through so beautifully. Overall an incredible experience and we plan on coming back again.

Four of us from Houston and two from Belton (all family) net for brunch and had great cocktails, good food, fantastic service by Abbie G, and had a wonderful time. We want to go for dinner sometime.
Took my mom to spend some time with her, while our son attended freshman camp. The food is overpriced to say the least. We both ordered a peach jalapeí±o tequila drink. It was not good. The bread is served cold as others have stated. At least warm it before serving. We also ordered the grilled eggplant and fresh in season vegetables on risotto. No risotto. This was grilled vegetables, barely seasoned on a bed of white rice. The okra was so tough it could not be cut with a butter knife. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. Will not be going back. The concept is great, but definitely needs a lot of improvement.

One of the best restaurants in the area! The food is fresh, cooked to perfection, and beautifully seasoned. Their cocktails are created in such a way that every ingredient is present but compliments each other without becoming overpowering. The owners are great people who care about what they serve their customers.
This was our first time at Robinâs. The food was amazing. Drinks were great. Service was good. I would definitely eat there again and again.
