I love the service here. Employees was very polite. Food was hot and fresh. Very delicious. Thanks popeyes Employees for your hardworking! And making our dinner.
Totally disappointed, Mac & cheese was burned, ice machine was not functioning, red beans and rice were completely bland, an individual inside the dine in area was cursing and swearing out loud !!!Ordered mild tenders and got spicy one's instead, staff was completely unprofessional !!!My advice to whoever reads this is DON'T GO IN THERE IF YOU DONT PLAN ON GETTING RIPPED OFF !!!I will never go to that LOCATION AGAIN AS LONG AS I'M ALIVE !!!
If the owner of this location isn't aware they need to be. The lunch staff on a Friday is completely unprofessional... Only one guy at the register is worth keeping. Also they were playing rap music with elicit language.... Fast food slowly
Good food. Courteous service. Just slow for a fast food restaurant. This could be a staffing issue. As in trying to fill open positions. I had take out but the place seemed to be clean with several open seats available for dine in.
They haven’t even opened the dinning hall, they get orders wrong, claim that they are out of food options during mid day. Employees are slow and rude. Enjoy sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes
Literally every time I have came here there has been something wrong with the service. Expect to wait for at least 30-45 minutes if there are a couple cars ahead of you in the drive thru. Once I waited 30 minutes to get my order taken and they had somehow ran out of chicken.
Had to wait 8 mins for nuggets. Girl behind counter said no salt.. someone else said have and got.. girl behind counter said no ranch. .. guy cleaning tables overheard and said had and got. Mac and cheese a little dry.
This place is absolutely horrible,I give them another chance every 3-5 Months and every single time issues.These are just the last two3 Months ago went to the drive thru in the pouring down rain, rolled my window down and was told to wait, got soaking wet and finally got to order 3-5 mins later, waited 15 plus mins to be told there system is down and they can’t serve any foodToday pulled into the drive thru and was told, “we ain’t doing drive thru come inside if you want to order”Run from this place!
I came at 10am when they open, and I tried to open the door. The employee stared at me and nodded his head no. What the f. If you’re opening at 10am why aren’t you unlocking the door for orders? I love that, good stuff!
Waited 40 minutes for order. Was told twice it would be 12 minutes. Lady told us they had new cook!!!! Lots of people in drive thru and walk ins left. This owner is losing lots of business.
