i keep coming back because of the friendlyness. its small but clean. when i came in i was acknowledge at first. the had customers but the atmosphere was awesome n i would recommend it to everyone. the manager name kayjay n team was great
I went to this location after many bad experiences with the other location. I keep going back because we love the food. I visited this location and placed a large family order and was told they can only accept cash. I said ok. I was then asked “so you still want to order? It has to be cash” to which I replied yes. The person seemed frustrated that I still wanted to order. I placed the order for a large family box with slaw and 2 mashed potatoes. “We don’t have slaw” ok just whatever you have. I also want a spicy chicken sandwich. “ we can’t sell spicy chicken sandwiches because the machine is dirty and needs to be cleaned or something” I said ok whatever. “So do you still. Want to order?” I replied yes. When I got home the chicken was extremely old although he said he would have to cook it and took about 15 minutes. I am not sure why…… cooks at both your locations do not want to cook chicken. Walmart chicken tasted better than this and for 55$ CASH it should have been eatable.
Umm first of all terrible service and customer service. Two they never have anything ready and always takes forever to get the order out. Three the worker there can't even hang up there advertisements correctly some are straight others are turned complete other ways ?. If anything I would recommend to go to another one
I was in there on Tuesday the 15th at 7pm, first time going there, thought since I work at the building supply just a stones throw away to get that chicken sandwich co-workers keep talking about, go in there aaaand left disappointed and frustrated, main reason the five or six girls in there would rather argue with each other at the front of the house than acknowledge customers I mean they all looked at me so they knew I was there, they never took my order or anything just unprofessionally argued with each other stood there for five minutes before I just left, not even what I'm assume was the night supervisor took my order or even told one of them to take my order, and I understand there were others who had online orders and I would not have mind at all to wait another 15 to 20 minutes to get everyone, just wanted to be acknowledged and my order taken
they don’t even take your order, they look at you through the drive thru window and walk away. drove around 3 separate times for this to happen and everyone driving through had the same experience. do not go here!
Never ever again!! I ordered a 3 piece and a kids meal(which comes with one piece of chicken) and I waited over 30 minutes.They were too worried about the online orders. I ordered and 3 people came in after me and got their food. I would have left but my son wanted it and I paid for it. So yeah never again l!
The chicken was pretty good. The red beans and rice was ok. The biscuits was ok also. It just took a long time for chicken to get ready. They get a lot of business though. Expensive meal $35 for 12 pieces of chicken, 2 large beans and rice and 6 biscuits . Its located inside the shell gas station.
