I love this coffee shop. They certainly live up to their name and principles. I come here every chance I get. Really good coffee in addition to a nice selection of take-home coffees and accessories.
Great coffee, fresh flavors and fantastic service. My oatmilk latte was wonderful. The Kyle Family was super friendly and the ambience was relaxing. Definitely would come back to try their other menu items!
My husband and I stopped at Polite Roasters after visiting several coffee shops in Bryan/College Station that used their beans. The shop was so cute and a really pleasant atmosphere! If we hadn't been on our way back to Colorado that morning, we would have loved to sit for a long while in the shop :) The barista was also very kind and patient as our two kids ran crazy, explaining the menu and recommending her favorite drinks. The coffee is really good and they have lots of variety in their roasts to choose from. Can't wait to visit Texas in December and visit the store again!
From outside looks like an ordinary building, I was not even sure if I needed up in a right place, this building could use some love. Inside all tables were occupied. It was busy by the students studying. A lot of them were occupying tables for 4 alone - pity. Coffee was great but the hot coco was really bad, my daughter got disappointed and did not drink it, first time Ever! Wi-Fi, WC all that is present. And lovely music is playing on the side so you can really enjoy a cup and chill. And plus a million points for using normal cups and not one time plastic(maybe it was only for my 2x expresso with hot water on the side but I'll take it). If I pass by again I will for sure come here again, but leave my kid at home or just not order Coco. Muffin was too sweet for me but fresh and good looking.

We are out of towers. We were told by some locals this was a great Place to stop. Even if the coffee was bad which It wasn't. It was great. The experience was worth it. Tons of places to sit inside and out. We enjoyed the putdoor seating. We will come back next time we visit.
I don't want to leave a good review because I kind of want the place all to myself! Excellent coffee, cozy environment for visiting friends or working, and a really nice staff that may even remember your name of you come in enough. You get a free drink if you buy a bag of their coffee beans too!Love that they have some pretty unique alternative drinks as well.
Good vibes and great coffee. They sell bagged freshly roasted coffee of a variety of flavors as well as some brewing equipment. Their baristas are really talented and the seasonal drinks are usually really interesting. Most recently I got an iced latte with Orgeat syrup, which was delicious and not an idea I would have thought of.
Really impressed with Polite Coffee. When visiting the area for a graduation lunch at Ronin my wife and I stopped at the Kyle House to get a cup of Polite Coffee. The coffee was good and I bought a bag of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans to take home.At home though when I tried to make espresso from the Yirgacheffe the cups were very sour. I contacted Polite and asked for advice on how to make my espresso less sour and they told me that the Yirgacheffe should be used for drip coffee but not espresso. They refunded me for the bag of Yirgacheffe and also sent me a bag of Colombian beans to go along with the Peruvian, and El Salvador beans I bought. I was really impressed with their helpfulness and their generosity. And the espresso I've made from the Peruvian and Colombian beans has been delicious. I'm saving the El Salvador to give as a gift. Anyway I really like this place and wish I lived closer but glad I can buy their coffee online.
Absolutely love this place! The coffee is superb and the atmosphere of being in an old home style shop, makes it even better. Definitely check it out!
