It was okay. Too saucy for me. If it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars.
The guy that was answering the phone orders was very rude put me on hold came back finally start taking my order but proceed to raise his voice when I started to try and place My order he put me on hold again and never c ame back to the phone he was a jerk with very poor customer service they should fire him or ne ver let him have contact with the customers.
I asked to get text message updates on my order, but didn't receive any. The pizza tasted great. The temperature could have been hotter, but it was fine overall. Ordering online was quick and easy, and I like the $12.99 large stuffed crust deal. However, I did not like the $5 delivery fee.
Poor service. Inexperienced person taking the order, didn’t know how to do it. Got there to pick it up and it had been “destroyed” in the oven (burned up, they said). I had to wait while they did it over. No offer to comp, no apology. Won’t go again.
With the increase in pricing and decrease in toppings it is ridiculous. Every time I order it’s the same 2 pizzas. They always know what you order when you call. So I order a supreme with jalapeño and pineapples. Repeated three times. Picked up and drove 20 plus miles and open the box and I have one pizza with about 6 total pepperonis and the supreme was cheese with jalapeño and pineapple. No I didn’t waste my time taking them back. Fuel is expensive and time is worth something. I’m all about helping restaurants but I don’t agree they should up the price and decrease toppings. 6 pepperonis on a large and no meat on the supreme I ordered and was charged for.
I love this pizza hut, the pizza was so delicious. I got the box with 3 medium pizzas. It was so delicious and ready when it said it would.
Generally pretty good. Thin crusts aren't their strong suit they overcook it and use almost no sauce. Hand tossed is fine just pizza hut. Getting carryout curbside is inconsistent if they actually come out.
Don't order curbside pickup because they won't bring it to you! Waited 10mins and had to go inside to get my food. Pointless even trying.
Fast delivery and the pizza was cooked perfectly and the breadsticks were really good.
My order was wrong. I asked for buffalo sauce on my pizza and I got BBQ. Ruined the pizza.
