Haven't really been out in awhile with COVID everywhere, but my husband and I decided to eat out for the first time in months so we chose a place that we hadn't been too yet... Long story short...., Ordered,and took home. As soon as my husband opens the box ? guess what was in the crease of the box ? .... We were so discussed at what we saw ?, the whole ? went in the trash... Don't get me wrong they have good pizza but with those boxes being stacked for God knows how long before being used... Just check everything before you eat everything ???☠️ Ijs!!!
I ordered a large supreme pizza, my husband went to pick it up in 30 degree weather. When he arrived they had no order and told him someone called and canceled our order. WTH, IS THIS HOW BUSINESSES ARE RUN BY KIDS?
My order was not correct. I ordered Mtn Dew and got Sierra mist instead. The container for my wings was crushed. When I arrived at the location, I called to see where I can park. I was instructed to park at a Curbside spot. Thing was, there are no signs to specify which spots are for curbside. Not a good experience
My order was wrong, I was reimbursed for the messed up pizza. Just took a little to long to get this done. Pizzas werent as hot as I would have liked them
I had a bad experienced in my last order. Ordered online delivery and they sent uncook thin crust pizza. When I tried to call the stuff didnt help and want me to drive to store to bring back the uncooked pizza. Why would I order online delivery if I want to drive to bring that pizza back. Very very disappointed. Never order again
I ordered traditional wings with thin crust pizza! They gave me boneless wings and a burnt thin crust pizza! This isn’t my first time having my order wrong but I was rushing to get home! I sat there 10 minutes after they said it was going to be ready! The girl that brought my food was very nice but whomever is doing the orders and cooking need to be fired!!
I drove up and was using the app to let them know I was there, however, they have staff that comes out when you drive up. The girl came out when the car next to me drove up. I rolled down my window thinking she was coming to me next. . .but she waited on three other cars. I honked and tried to get her attention with no luck. Once, when I did get her attention, I waved to come to my car and she gave me a "Go to Hell" look and never came. A little later she came out with my pizza and I asked why she ignored me and she just smiled. I even told her I did not appreciate "the look" she gave me. . .again, she just smiled. . .then said she thought the other guy had taken care of me. If that was true, why would I have kept trying to get her attention. No tip given today. . .her lost since I usually tip nicely.
I find it ridiculous that after I spent over $70 on pizza I was told I would have to pay extra for parmassan cheese. Pizza Hut use to throw too much at you when you asked for it now you want to charge for it, maybe you should have been sensible about it.
I was having problems sitting in the car with my online order. I was contacted several times by the your staff who assisted me with much patience. The pizza was deal was great and the pizza was one of the best we ever had. Thank you!
Good Food , WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never had a problem until last night my food did not get delivered. I received confirmation that it was out for delivery but never made it to my house. $60.00 worth of food to feed my guest never showed up. The next day I call the store and they keep hanging up . Brat finally answers and had no explanation. He then hangs up on me when I was demanding an explanation without an apology.
