Very rude and disrespectful person over the intercom tonight 07/11/2023. Came in about 8:35-8:40 and had to tell him to cancel my order. Also food from this specific location has disappointed me lately and I might not come again to the briarcrest location. If you want panda the Texas ave. And George bush location would be the best bet and even the 2818 one is better than this one.
This place used to be better. Now the staff is rude and gives very tiny entre portions. The chow mein was very undercooked and lacked flavor and the black pepper chicken was too salty. Not sure what happened to this place.
Very good food but this is twice they forgot the sweet n sour sauce
The food was good and the restaurant was clean. I think with the rain they must have been busy because we had to wait on food.
I love panda but it is frustrating when I get a bowl and I barley get any of the entree. This is a consistent problem with all of them not just this one. The plates seem to get plenty per entree so why is the bowl so different?
Business says they close at 10, but they actually close at 9....bc that's when they clean the whole kitchen and stop making food. Anything past 9 and you're lucky to have more than 1 item left for grabs.PLUS after 9 they're rude, and annoyed you still decided to order
Very good. Nice, clean restaurant. Very good food selection. Very good price. Plenty of food served. Love it. Flavored tea. Free chopsticks
It wasn’t big mishaps that occurred, I ordered online & they were going to send me off with just a plate & a bowl when I ordered three plates & a bowl. They gave me just three forks & three fortune cookies. I’m just tryna know my future man!
I have gone to this location 8 times now and they never have white rice. The last time i complained they some how realized they did have it after all. Are they actually always out or are they just bring jerks?
