Horrible experience. Ordered a pizza, the wings and the Ravoli, the pizza was the most burnt, disgusting pizza I have ever had. MR G would be rolling in his grave if he would have seen this. When I called to ask if I can get a refire, and that I will bring the burnt pizza back, and the manager just passed the phone back to the lady and they just said they will give me back 50% and that I can keep the burnt pizza. Never coming back.
We visited Mr. G’s for the first time the other day and we were pleasantly surprised with how great the food was. My wife ordered a Greek side salad and a gluten free pizza. I ordered a pizza. Both were awesome. Definitely recommend and we will be going again. Btw, we saw the famous calzone…per the person who ordered it, it was literally the size of a baby. Very impressive!
Just not acceptable. Why would you only put mushrooms in the center? Most of the pizza doesn't even have mushrooms. Mozzarella sticks were cold, the calzone wasn't cooked all the way through. So 55$ down the drain. I don't understand how anyone making this stuff would find this acceptable. If you think about going here, don't. Double Dave's is better at this rate. He'll I'll make the drive to gumbys. Completely feeling ripped off right now.UPDATE: After the owners response, that's all you took from that? Shows how you really care about quality and your customers. Lost my business for good.
Everything to the Decorations the music the staff was amazing I went with my wife to try something new and boy! Was it a wonderful experience. My wife got a slice of pizza and it was the best we had ever had it was not pricey at all very affordable and very delicious.! If you want to go out to have a good time Mr. G's Pizza in downtown Bryan is the spot to go.! Keep up the good work guys!
Don't see what the hype is. Each time I've ordered, pizza was undercooked in the center. Toppings seem a but heavy in the center that would cause this. The toppings themselves remind me of the quality and texture you get on top of the $1 Tostino pizzas. Not likely to return after 3 fails.
Just bought two pizzas… one was a pepperoni with extra cheese the other was Canadian bacon, mushroom and pineapple with graded mozzarella cheese and it was ordered square cut. Picked them up arrived home and found the pizza with the Canadian bacon etc was not square cut it had hardly any toppings at all on some pieces with one piece half of the triangle had nothing on it at all just pizza crust and dough and very little of anything on entire pizza… I mean one of the worst made pizzas I have ever received… what a joke!!! I paid over $40.00 for the two pizzas and they were terrible! Here’s a tip use more sauce, cover the pizza with toppings like cheese and other ingredients . If I wanted a baked crust with scant topping that is what I would have ordered. I will never order from your pizza restaurant again your pizza is a joke and you ripped me off!!! Unfortunately there was no option for no stars…
I just can’t say enough about Mr G’s Pizzeria. We had our America’s Choice Roofing Christmas Party there. Everything was outstanding! Susan and I planned and talked about everything as the date approached and it all turned out perfect! She decorated beautifully, not only the tables, but Christmas tree and lights everywhere. The food was wonderful! Appetizers, pizza, chicken Parmesan, tortellini and dessert. We also had the limited bar right there upstairs. She gave us numerous options and provided guidance throughout. Everyone loved it! We’ll see our new friends soon for lunch too!
Always a great experience and always great pizza. Especially the gluten free ones.

This was a real neat downtown experience! Im so glad my and my cousins went there for a Saturday night on the town! Only 4 stars because it took them 30 minutes to make our to-go medium pizza order. They have pool tables in the upstairs area! Upstairs is also an area for people to rent out for parties!
