I would never go there again . Man I had a breakfast sandwich and since then , I been throwing up all day and that was literally the first thing I ate and I was fine until a few hours later . I do not recommend them and I will be calling corporate
Managers exact words “the coupon code didnt work i could have charged you 12 so you have to pay here too.”First of all, I don’t believe that this person should even be a manager. They don’t have the ability to speak with customers and a way that they should. Is not my fault that your system and the mobile app decided to not communicate. I agreed to an $8.43 charge. The fact that your system still said I owed four dollars because the mobile app coupon code didn’t work with your system is not my fault. The fact that you were busy is not my fault. The fact that you have an incompetent stuff at your registers is not my fault. You do not need to treat it like such in a story if you don’t understand how to be a manager you shouldn’t be why. If you can’t communicate effectively with your customers and your staff on how to appropriately manage your business you should not be a manager. Honestly with your attitude I don’t even think you should work customer service maybe janitorial staff would be better set for someone with your attitude.
I sometimes have issues with a few of the employees at several different locations on how they make my Hazelnut Iced coffee. The first time I went, I was taking a friend to work and we stopped and went through the drive thru and he bought me breakfast. I only ordered a medium iced coffee because what I'll get. On several occasions I would get a whole bunch of coffee grounds on the bottom of my cup, other times they don't stir it. I always ask for a extra shot 6Hazelnut and cream. And if I get my coffee at the Villa Maria West store in the Tejas Center area, give you attitude telling me that they did when you see dang well that you have a layer of his men on the bottom and then swirls a cream throughout the cut and also whole bunch of granules on the bottom of coffee. But this restaurant I had to come through and get another!! Another!! Coffee but enlarge this time because this girl made it spot-on perfect beautiful taste yummilicious! So kudos and much much more kudos. It doesn't give me a name on the receipt it just says KS# 13. But that young girl is a very good mixologist a coffee! Way to go McDonald's on North Harvey Mitchell Parkway you got my vote of Excellence.!!
I usually never have an issue with this location, however, tonight the food was beyond awful. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese but instead got basically salt and a bun. The Pattie’s were completely covered in salt and opened it up and seasoning were falling all over the place. Tried calling to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else but they can’t seem to pick up the phone.
Very unprofessional!!! There was a sign in the window stating that they do interviews on Tuesdays, so my nephew goes in and they tells him “oh we do interviews on Wednesdays you can call back at 1pm Wednesday “ ok he calls them and they tells him you have a interview Friday, so he calls them ( Friday (01/28/2022) and asked what time is my interview? and they goes in to say call back at 10, so he does just that and her answer was oh we called you yesterday and you said you wasn’t coming in and hangs up the phone in his face (Rosa) I asked for the regional phone number and it was the wrong number that she gave me. I get my coffee from there every morning before I go to work ( TDCJ) and even at that time 5am in the morning they have me waiting about five minutes or more before they answer the drive through oh we are not open or we are not set up yet. I’ve never seen nothing like this, it’s unbelievable, unprofessional and discriminates when it comes to hiring!! Does anyone have or can give me the regional manager number?

Long drive-thru line and our food was incorrect. Then, doors were locked in order to get the correct food. In the end we got in and got the correct order. Just wasn't happy w the staff!
I really hate giving bad reviews, but I just have to on this one. This McDonald’s is super convenient on my way to work. Everything else is a few minutes out the way and typically, I’ll be late if I go to anything else.With that, every time I’ve been to this McDonald’s, either they’re closed (I work 6-6 night shift, so i go between 1 or 2 AM.) When they are open, food is always cold. I don’t think I can think of a single time I’ve gotten anything even remotely fresh. I’d go elsewhere, but like I said. I can’t risk being late. Food is food, but it definitely sucks getting something a few hours old.The stigma of McDonald’s lives on, but it is the worst McDonald’s in Bryan/college station. Being understaffed is understandable because of bad management, however the franchise owner needs to realize that and hire a better GM. Poor service, poor food, poor time. Hopefully something changes eventually, but it’s doubtful.
This is like the third time that they've had a younger white man with long hair either working the drive-thru when I went through or working the front checkout inside. Every time I only order a sausage mcmuffin for my daughter, and every time he rings it up as a sausage McMuffin with egg and literally can't understand when I tell him I didn't want the kind with the egg. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru line that had about six cars in it because this kid just does not get it. This is supposed to be a special once a week thing that I take my daughter for breakfast, but it made me 20 minutes late to work today. I will not, WILL NOT be going back here.
The Filet of Fish and bun were dry and tasted like it had been there too long then I look in the bag and didn't have my fries.
