Ordered a home style burger and the meat was raw . I'll never learn my lesson. This McDonalds has never performed well.
The great taste just isnt there anymore. The quarter pounder was the size of their cheese burgers. The fish with cheese had the smallest piece of cheese. I bet they folded the cheese into fours. They didnt give me my big mac nor did they give me s&s sauce for my nuggets.
This has got to be the worst McDonalds in town. The staff is rude, they never have products, and when they do you can expect it to not be good. I went through the drive thru, paid for my meal, just to get to the second window and them to tell me they do not have what I ordered. When I asked what they could do, all they said was replace it with another item, not refund any money. Definitely spend the extra few minutes and drive to another location!!
Normally a low quality service. Today, stale buns! Gross! It's a waste of a good location.
Drive thru personnel rarely friendly. Have untrained teens at pickup window, not paying attention or greeting customers or saying have a good day...Food is so so. Only bad a couple good experiences at this location. The one on University is much better.
The staff was rude and the food was cold, even after we had to wait a little. Our order was incorrect and the soda was flavorless, like the syrup needed changed. I know it's Mcd's so I don't expect a lot. But this day at this location, service was subpar.
Your normal McDonald's big mac and fry. The fries were great though. Cooked just right not too hard. long fries and not the bottom of the bag tiny pieces.
I truly am so for customer service and today as my first time inside was a terrible experience... Cashier was ok.. however no communication other than to tell me my nails were cute... No how you doing no nothing in customer service skills.... Other employees in back area cursing and service skills matched cashier. Food appeared to be thrown in the wrap and packaging. Grandson says his bigger was right and fries were hot... Only reason to get a 2
We came in at 7pm tonight. When we first walked in, it took the staff 5 minutes to greet us and take our order. The woman taking our order was thorough, and repeated our order back to us correctly. When we received the food, the majority of the items were incorrect. The smoothie I ordered was very icy. I would describe it more as a slushee. Very disappointed with our visit.
They're getting better! The fries were actually golden and not overcooked brown! My burger was excellent! They're getting better!
