A few days ago I went to a McDonald’s and I was requested to just use the app to place my order. I have not particularly liked the McDonald’s app, as it frequently has issues compiling deals or the user interface becomes arduous. I very much resent being required to use an app to place my order, and when I said I didn’t want to utilize the app I was told that, “I need to get used to it as no one wants this job anyway and all the McDonald’s will be doing this in the future.” If I am forced to use the McDonald’s app to start making my purchases, I believe I will be making my purchases someplace else. The manager made every customer go to the kiosk, opting to dehumanize all parties and the experience as a whole. This is not the future I want to be part of. Either that manager was overzealous, McDonalds is forcing this, or we are much further along to our dystopian future than any of us realize.
I GOT ALL OF MY FOOD . ONE THING I DONT GET IS WHY DO THEY ASK YOU IF U WANT KETCHUP , YOU SAY YES AND WHEN YOU GET YOUR BAG YOU HAVE NO KETCHUP OR EVEN NAPKINS TO GO WITH YOUR FOOD. SOMETHING I REALLY DONT GET . ITS LIKE IF THE EMPLOYEES WHERE PAYING OUT OF POCKET FOR THE THINGS THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO GIVE WITH YOUR ORDER
Most McDonald’s are horrible to work at but this one is the best I love the people and the work 10 out of 10
Went for morning breakfast they took my order waited in line for about 10 minutes. I get to the window only for them to tell me there only taking cash no cards.
It was OK but ya'll doubled the price with your app deal. That wasn't nice. A notice of some kind that the price doubled would've helped. Had too go back home and get more money. Wasted gas and it's not cheap anymore.
I don't eat at McDonald's cause they have bad service
Third time in a row my order hasn't been correct. I only ordered 3 items. Smh
This place is still in renovation where they will have indoor and outdoor batting cages....basketball courts...will open sometime this February..
We live in a society that relies for and more on debit cards and online sources for payment methods, yet this place is cash-only after 10pm...if this is a safety precaution, it makes little sense...it only encourages burglars if they know cash soon site...very inconvenient...and the drive-thru hands you your stuff without a word..."no thank you, come, again"! Ever! I guess "billions served" excludes the fast-food chain from encouraging repeat customers...
Quick service but didn't give requested napkins, condiments, or our receipt.
