Do not waste your time at this location. Go to another Little Cesar's to save your time and energy. I have tried a couple times in the past to pick up some hot and ready pizzas, that they never have, and it always will take 40 minutes.Today I placed an order online, over an hour in advance. I arrived on time to pick it up. It took over 10 minutes for someone to come out of the back to assist the line of customers. The gentleman in front of me, was told they were busy, so they could make his on line order and it would be 20 minutes. I was next and asked, and when they could not find my order either, the lady stated again they were busy and it would take 40 minutes for my order. When I asked to have a refund she stated I would have to request it online. When I asked for the owners contact, she said they did not have that. It's always the same story and surprising to me that they never have any hot and ready pizzas available. I will never use this location again.
Hot an NOT ready pizza. Waited 20 min. The last few times i went was a wait.The staff was good just not enough help i guess
I ordered a bestest pepperoni. When I got home the pizza hardly pepperoni or extra cheese. I called andThe female Mgr. She found about no pepperoni, she charged me the same and extra for cheese as well. Not good. Many people were ther.pepperoni s .but yet she charged me the s a me and extra for the cheese.pepper onis
The employes were playing around and pizza was not great cut I wouldn’t recommend this
Every time we come to get a classic pizza we wait 30/35 minutes. Today we went and waited 30 minutes just to have the lady complain about customers ordering AND our pizza wasn’t even cut right. We won’t be going back to that location EVER.
I thought this place was home of the hot and ready not the hot and wait 30 minutes
By far the worst little Caesars I have ever been to. The guy up front seems completely lost and in no hurry to serve up the orders his customers are paying for. I arrived at 1137 to pick up pizzas for my team as a thank you for their hard work. I am a GM for another local restaurant. No greeting or acknowledgement from anyone. What do want instead???? I ask what types of hot pizzas do you have available as you have an entire m end dedicated to this. NONE! Ok fine how long to get a fresh pizza? 7 minutes. Ok great I'll take 3......15 minutes later he hands the pizzas to keep and I realize he has open cuts on his fingers And clearly hadn't washed them anytime recently. This is unacceptable for any business who wants people to keep coming back!
Horrible Customer Service! Never have anything ready and rude about. Store definitely needs customer service training!!
The pizza was good, I was in and out ordering on the app. What I didn't like was this funky looking cookie the lady behind the counter tossed at me. I asked if I could change it for something else and she said no we don't do that. I was in a rush so I didn't argue. The advertisement made it look warm and gooey not hard and crumbly. Either way they can miss me on that cookie mess, try something else leave it there trust me. Go next door to the Walgreens and get some decent cookies.
