Very disappointed in this Little Caesars! We went in to order 6/6/22 at 6:33 Pm. Was not greeted. The young girl taking the order seemed to have a attitude. Then went in to see where my order was and A older woman Tammy and Younger Manager Resha were fighting. Yelling, Cursing and making the work environment hostile for the rest of the crew. Arguing started around 6:40pm. I as a customer was not happy to hear this nor felt it was appropriate as a manager to say the words she was saying to her employee's. I refuse to come back even though we are a weekly customer. If this is how your business is handled and you allow a manager to speak to the crew the way she did to that older woman. I will bring my money else where. I am still in shock hearing and seeing this. Took them forever to get my order out!!

Went through the drive thru and was told after I paid for a hot and ready that pizza would be 10 minutes. Waited 20 minutes and watched two employees leave at the end of the day. Walked up to door and was told lobby was closed and it’s drive through only. Explained I already went through drive thru and paid and waited 20 minutes for a pizza that was told would only take 10 minutes. Employee went to warmer to check and pulled out my order which had just been sitting. I’m never going back. This os the third time I’ve gone to that location that pizza wasn’t hot and ready. #youhaveonejob #fail
The quality and service are both very inconsistent. The technology, specifically the pizza portal, is great. When it works. It would make me very happy if they would put a consistent amount of sauce on every pizza.
Two young adult managers who chatted while others worked. I have ordered hundreds of pizzas here. I ordered a supreme, what I got was a cheese pizza with a bit of topping here and there, literally half of what I used to get. Keep your rude teenyboppers and your skimpy pizza.
These mfs have kids working and selling customers old food products that are past their time of sell. Came through the drive thru at prime time lunch hour and was given cold hard crazy bread. When asked for a fresh pack, they said it was a 10 minutes wait. So they had nothing ready and were selling old expired food.
I wouldn't call Little Caesars great pizza but it was a good quick cheap meal. I'm sure we have bought hundreds of pizzas over the years.. However not sure what happened but I think they changed their pizza sauce and the dough. Ordered a pepperoni pizza today and it just didn't taste the same at all. I really didn't like it!
The young man in the drive thru was great. He told me they had ran out of hot and ready pizzas. Right before I was going to drive off he said we have some coming out right now. He made my night thank you. I love stopping here the pizza is always fresh and hot.
We went to get a Large Pepperoni Pizza a it was cold and not a lot of pepperoni in the Pizza. And also there areots of times they say they don't have any ready and the Large Pepperoni are usually ready to pickup but not at this location.
Aside from the 1hr and 30 min wait for a single pizza the lobby was filled with other waiting customers. Pizza's started dying on the waiting table as order slips weren't being places on the boxes as they were being made. More than enough workers were present just poor communication between employees.
