I have lived by this restaurant for years. Never tried before. Mainly because it looks dirty from the outside. But it is always packed and the drive thru always has a line. The food was great. First time there, I had migas plate. Husband had a burrito. Both were satisfied with our food. 2nd time, we had fajitas. Again, it was great.Only complaint is I wish they would fix the ceiling and maybe refresh the paint. The ceiling looks like it going to fall down any day. And the paint makes the place look dirty.
First time coming here and i got the Chicken enchiladas verdes plate along with a Mexican coke. The food was amazing i loved it❤️.
Okay guys. I have to be honest here. I've tried La Botana about 7 years ago. I swore I'd never go back but I decided to give them another try. I was concerned about what I would see this go around. The last time I went in to La Botana the place was disgusting. The ceiling tiles were all moldy and dusty and the food was not so great. Well this second go around unfortunately was not much better. However I did see that they had replaced most of the ceiling tiles but there were still several moldy and dusty ones lingering about but it did look better inside. Thank goodness. The food is still so so but not great. A lot of people seem like this place but me being in the food business myself I've developed an eye for quality and cleanliness. In my personal opinion I would not recommend going here to eat.
Waitresses were rude and couldn't remember orders. They were packed so I can understand that but ignoring customers isn't a good way to keep customers. I also was getting charged for a meal 2 times after I had stated that there were 2 separate bills. I will say this, the food was good.
Excellent Mexican Food! The hot sause is VERY good. The cheese enchiladas are Awesome! Reasonably priced lunch specials too!!! This is my Favorite place NOW! :)
Food was good, but nobody checked our table after food came. The place cleared out to only 2 tables, we still waited, then paid (no tip) and left. I would only suggest to go orders.
Coming from Dallas tx, wanted to get some Mexican food instead of the usual fast food so decided to give La Botana a taste and they didn’t disappoint as you can see, good service and good food, I definitely would come back and recommend to give them a taste
First time there. I ordered to go and got home with someone else’s order. Drove back across town and told them, and said I would dine in. They made it right. It was very good. I think the problem was the language barrier and they were very busy. The food was delicious. They do need to replace some really grody ceiling tiles to the far left of the register.
Their tortillas are some of my favorites in town. I love that the salsa comes out warm - it’s the little things. They offer horchata which is honestly the way to my heart. I also love that I can get food to go and take it back to work, or sit down and eat. I would give them 50 stars if I could!!
