Jack in the box always has problems, if you don't want someone else's problems thrown on you, don't go. Other than that, the food is the same as any other jack in the box, but I have been refused service from claims that the whole staff was either depressed or quit.
Maybe it's bad because I only eat there late at night, but it's definitely BAD. My order is usually incorrect, or the fries are cold and stale, or the wait time is inexplicably long. But hey it's the only place that's open 24 hours in my area, hence the 2 star rating.
After 11pm this place goes downhill quick.15 to 20 minutes wait just to take your order through the drive-thru, after 3am they pretty much close because they reboot their systems at different times. Today (1-30-22) at around 1:30am, they pretty much told me and the other people in drive-thru that they weren't going to take our orders because they had to many door dash and uber orders to do..pretty stupid
I first ordered some tiny tacos, reg. strawberry shake and 2 cheese cakes. When I finally got up to the window I was informed that they only had spicy. Spicy is not my favorite. So I change them to an order of curly fries. When I got is when realized that she had put my hot curly fries right on top of my cheese cakes, so the curly fries were cold and not very tasty.
Extraordinary, all the food has very strong flavored and delicious ingredients.The Texas double is better than a Wataburger for those reasons. Fried and grilled chicken nuggets are unique to this Bryan Texas Jack in Box travelers. The drinks also have deep flavor.Thank you Bryan Texas
This was the worst quality of food I have ever experienced. I got the chicken sandwich, tacos, and nuggets and all were old, over cooked, and inedible. I have never written a bad review in my life but I had to throw away every single thing I just bought, that’s how bad it was. So disappointed..
Didn’t answer intercom drove up , told me they were too busy to take my order.Literally 1 car in the drive thru !Rude girl named charisma !Everyone sucked. Food sucked.Will go to the other jack in the box off William j instead.
We had a receipt from our drive through order. They missed two things so i parked and had my 15 yo daughter walk in with the receipt and they still needed more proof. They made her walk back in with the food. We literally just went through the drive through. Will be calling corporate. The manager was the one that made her go back to grab the bags of food for proof.
I should have realized the first 3 times I came through for food that they were terrible. I used to love jack in the box in San Antonio, but the one here in Texas/villa maria is absolutely terrible. When I ordered in person, they had terrible customer service and would often times say they were out of many items. I ordered via DoorDash this time and received a burger that seemed as though it’s sad out for a couple hours, fries that tasted/felt as though they were made 5 or 6 hours before (I’ve saved fries from places in the past, and they tasted the same), as well as stuffed jalapeños that tasted old as everything as well. If I’m spending money on food, please give me atleast mediocre food instead of absolutely poor food. I don’t expect much from fast food restaurants, but this was flat out terrible. I threw away my fries and jalapeños, the same way I would with my other fast food fries that I’d “save for later.”
Great tasting sandwiches. Ultimate bacon burger was delicious!
