This place swindles you. Ordered a jumbo jack cheeseburger. Recieved a junior jumbo jack, no cheese, in a box to make it look bigger. Employee had a terrible attitude when she interacted with me, but she was very polite to the people in front of me.. hmmm maybe it was because of how I looked? I wonder. And it's not the first time I've noticed an attitude at this location either.
Lobby is closed, yet kids in lobby. It must be take your kid to work day!
I hate being the Debbie downer in the group but like cmon now, how hard is it to make sure someone’s order is correct?? Okay so I had ordered some egg rolls, a strawberry milkshake, & a chicken tender combo with fries, a sprite and with a side of ranch, I received the egg rolls, milkshake, sprite, some cold stale fries and two burgers ?that wasn’t my order. I had told my bsf whoever had got my order is gonna be mad.
Ordered delivery, sourdough bread on sandwich was hard as a rock, bacon on sandwich that’s not even on the sandwich I ordered, no onions on the patty melt. Sent wrong drink and my daughters pancakes were supposed to come with bacon and sausage and didn’t have either. I gave her the bacon from my sandwich since I wasn’t supposed to have it anyway. We eat jack in the box regularly but will make sure we do not come back to this location especially after reading multiple reviews that seem to have had the same issues even from a few months ago and seems it isn’t a matter of concern to management or owners.
Disgusting! I ordered my child a kids meal with a grilled cheese sandwich and the sandwich looks like it’s 2 days old! It is hard as a rock and the cheese is totally stale. I will not be returning to this jack in the box location for sub par service and stale food.
I would have to say that this was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with a fast food restaurant EVER… Everything was fine until they had me pull around front (that’s fine I know they have a timer they are trying to keep down) but I get around the corner and two other cars are waiting finally getting parked I notice everyone’s pretty annoyed in their cars and I soon figure out why. Everyone is having to send their food back due to orders being incorrect. Bless that poor lady having to run food in and out to everyone, she was earning her paycheck today. I was exhausted just watching her. I prepared myself to have my order wrong so I just checked my food once it came out (had about a 10 min wait) and burger was wrong. Lady wanted to take the burger back and throw it away however I know that technically they are not allowed to have food handed back to them that has already been served so I let the lady know that I will be keeping the burger and will wait for the correct order. About 5 more minutes go by and they bring out the next burger also incorrect I let the runner know and put the burger back in the bag because I have waited for my correct order and have not revived it… Well let me tell you the “manager” was pissed… I have air quotes around manager because when I tell you that this little Asian lady mush have been having the day from hell that is no joke. She comes out ready for a fight and tells me that I need to giver her the burgers that are wrong because “you already have two free burgers I’m not gonna make you another one until you give one back” to which I replied that it was not my fault that my order has been wrong twice already… That did not go over well as she then proceeded TO REACH INTO MY CAR AND SNATCH THE BAG OFF OF MY PASSENGER SEAT… I reacted to this by grabbing the bag back and yelling at her to do not reach into my car again. She threatened to call the cops and high I told her to go ahead ( could I have just sucked it up and left, probably but damn I’ve never been put in a situation like this) no the costumer is not always right because their are costumers who are a$$hols I wasn’t even upset that I was waiting I just wanted the correct order… well about 5 minutes after that convo the runner comes up to my car and apologizes for something thats not her fault and I giver her one of the incorrect burgers and I finally get my proper order… what an experience ??
2 people working the lunch rush? Only drive thru open? What about those of us who want to sit down and eat? I left Wendy's for the same reason, across the freeway. Very disappointed. 16 cars in the drive thru! Smh just dumb
Pretty sure we just bought last night's canceled door dash/uber eats orders. Bread was chewy, like it was dtale and reheated, and the edges of the patty were dry like it was old. The tacos were dried out like they had been refried and they had old lettuce in it...
This isundoubtedly the worst Jack I've ever been to. The food looks and tastes like it was made 12 hours ago and left on a counter. I tried 3 times and this is the last straw. Won't waste any more time or money here. Definitely needs someone to help.
Underrated. Surprisingly good food. Most of the employees are super cool.
