Food was great They kept literally yelling numbers for pick up into the pa system it was hard to have a conversation
Update: I filled out the survey before this review, and also a 2nd time after Freddy's replied to this review (as they requested). I have not received a response. Reaching out to customers on bad reviews must be just for show.First time trying Freddy's after hearing about their amazing custard.The employee said they ran out so it would take a while to make more. Which I had no problem waiting the extra 10-15 mins. I was excited!Once I received my togo order, I headed home. Sadly, I opened the container to find barely any ice cream. It was almost entirely toppings. They added extra brownies and whipped cream to try and fill the empty space. I probably got 4-5 spoons of custard in the large bowl.I sent a picture and note to the Freddys website like they suggested in other reviews but no one has responded. I feel cheated out of an almost $8 large ice cream. -- It tasted great though.(Picture shows after i ate one of the 3 massive brownies. There is just a pool of watery whipped cream but almost no custard.)
I love burgers. It's true. I like Freddy's unique style of burger occasionally because it has different texture and flavor than others. I also like their fries. This Freddy's is no different. They provided great food quickly. It was a nice stop on our trip.
I love going to get Ice Cream and Fries here. I have been trying every option for the Sundaes. I suggest that the Brownie one is mixed with vanilla custard instead chocolate so it is a little less sweet.
There's something about the fries that's just.... extra. Maybe it's the jalapeno sauce I drench them in? Anyway, my family is a fan of the custard but I like the regular steakburger & hot dog all the way (no longer a combo meal but, meh) as a quick & filling meal. Healthy? Not really, but tasty? Absolutely! Considering other fast-food places it's also a decent value.
Tables were dirty and dining room wasn't even busy. Food was ok. I didnt know the burgers automatically come with pickles so that was yucky for me.. and the guy taking our order didn't really care to be there so its not like he wanted to answer any questions I had either. Overall not wonderful but not the worst.
Like any fast food establishment, mistakes have been made. Like completely leaving out my wife's meal at the drive thru one night and we live 20 minutes away.... I called that night and they offered to comp our next meal as a family. The manager took my name down and said to ask next time we come in. Fast forward 3-4 months. I come in to actually take them up on the offer. The manager tonight could not find my name for such a thing, but honored it as much as she could anyway without any hassle. The food is usually really good and the customer service is solid. Just don't trust the drive thru without checking!
Y'all are the slowest fast food place in BCS very upset waited in drive threw for 20 mintues and was next behind a car that never moved its always like this people do have to work and only have 1 hour lunch break. Smh never going back rate y'all -100.

I ordered 2 combos with fries and I only received 1 fry when I got home and realized it was too late. I also asked for Jalapeño fry sauce and when I asked the drive through lady rolled her eyes and practically threw it to me. If I go back I’ll definitely be checking before I head home.
