Do you enjoy burnt food? Then you have the best place in town! My roommates and I have enjoyed fat shack many times but after our experience tonight we will never be back. After $70 spent you would think they would have some respect but no. We waited 30 minutes after are food was said to be ready just for the food to be burnt and bland. Staff was ridiculously rude and no help, our order we could see was ready but no one would simply hand it to us. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else!!
My food was raw this is unacceptable I feel sick to my stomach I would of gave zero stars it’s sad this could make a person very sick Bacteria from raw meat or anything this is not right

The burger and fries were actually pretty good. The employees were nice when they took the order and brought out the food. Heard some cursing from at least one employee in the back. I guess it's just normal nowadays.
Friendly staff, and amazing unique food. Can get a little bit pricey sometimes but honestly so worth it. Every single item here is top tier.
Fatshack is just how it sounds, everything you get on the menu is just fat goodness!! Got the Philly cheese steak, cheese fries, and fried Oreos, nothing spectacular but not bad either. Got all this for lunch, I'd probably rather have eaten it for a late night snack or watched a movie. Good good stuffs.
Really neat place! Has lots to choose from! There's even a gigantic bean bag chair just fyi LOL!

Good service. Bland bland food. My wife's garlic chicken tenders tasted like vinegar and the Phillies taste like bland dry starch with a light touch of sauce. Overpriced drunk food.
