I really enjoy this place the only reason it's not getting 5 stars or better is because the food can be a little inconsistent.Summary: The staff has consistently been great, the food is occasionally just average, the cocktails have always been great.The food is usually great, mostly seafood dishes but changes with the seasons. I've been here a lot and had most of the dishes more than once and rarely they seem to have a drop in quality but it does happen. So while you're almost certainly going to have a great dish there's the off chance that it's just going to be an average meal.If you enjoy cocktails or mocktails the bartenders are top notch and consistently make solid drinks. I realize this isn't everyone's cup of tea, but if you stop in here make sure to get a cocktail. The bartenders are also great at suggesting something if you're not overly versed in cocktails.

Neat place but was extremely disappointed when the kitchen messed up my order to the point it was so spicy I couldn’t eat it (we requested extra spice go on my boyfriends entree, not mine) - toldThe waiter 2x about the mix up - stated I couldn’t even eat it - and he just shook his head and didn’t offer to fix it or take it off our bill. Our appetizer came out the same time as our entrees. We also waited FOREVER for him to come back so we skipped the second round of drinks and took our business elsewhere. Other than that, it’s got a cool atmosphere, boyfriends entree was delicious, and it has a very cute outdoor area.
Well-staffed, reliable, local watering hole in Downtown's Historic LaSalle Hotel. Skilled, creative bartenders & friendly, efficient servers. Recommend for a quick bev or fun bar menu.
Awesome cocktail lineup (all the classics and a talented bar staff who could go off menu). The venue was nice, very classy feeling and right in the heart of downtown Bryan. Our party also tried the charcuterie board, fries, and bananas foster and they were all pleasant accompaniments to the drinks. Will definitely be back!
Friendly bartenders, good drinks but the place is very dark and kind of small. But if you're looking for a low key spot to meet up with friends, this would be a great place to start.
Clean room, friendly staff and a nice area. Came here for a weekend getaway and will definitely be back in the future.
I've been a patron of this place since it opened and it is without doubt the most professional bar in town. They have been running a tight ship for years and deserve all the respect you can give them - my only complaint is they make the rest of us in the industry look bad.
Great restaurant in the La Salle Hotel in Bryan. I'm not a seafood person but was convinced to try the cab cakes. Wife DOES live seafood and said they erre the best dhe ever had. They WERE good!
Stayed at the hotel and stopped in for a nightcap. The staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable. You can tell they are passionate for their creations. Drinks were fantastic. Browsing the menu I’ll have to come back and try the food!
