Me and my husband, both seniors, have had a Friday night date with Domino’s for the last several months and have always quiet enjoyed them. Tonight was a completely different experience for us. We got all settled in in front of the t.v. and prepared to enjoy our pizza only to open the box and find the pizza and the box drenched in grease. Not just a little greasy pizza but a drenched in grease pizza. So so disappointed. Will be reconsidering where we get our Friday night date pizza.
Worst location in bcs. Barely any sauce on my wing both times I've ordered from them and my pizzas were apparently used like frisbees. When i called to speak with mgmt, she said she never sends food out like that and demanded i send her a pic, but if u simply scroll down and see others comments and criticisms, they're all basically the same. Barely any sauce on the wings and their pizzas are in the same exact conditions. I strongly encourage u guys to stop ordering from this location. They obviously don't care about their customers so why support them?

Live half a mile from them and this is how I get it just sorry management didn't even want to take care of the issueI see a constant issue with the same problem sir so I will not be doing business with y'all again cause you haven't gotten it resolved just go back on your reviews I'm definitely not the only person with this issue have a good day no response will be needed from this point forward
We picked up 3 pizzas on a Friday evening with the option of picking it up via drive-thru. We waited at the drive-thru window for about 10 minutes, but no one showed up at the window; we knocked on the window to get the staff's attention, but they (she who was at the counter) didn't notice whatsoever. Why have a drive-thru window if you can't pick up through there? We only received our order by walking in, which defeats the purpose of trying to pick it up through drive-thru.We ordered 3 Large Hand Tossed Pizzas. They were cooked thoroughly, and it was delicious. For $26, it was worth it, except for the wait.
Waited over 30 mins for a half smashed pizza.
Ordered two pizzas. Delivery driver got to our house 20 minutes after order was placed. Pretty decent right. Except there was only one pizza. And it was made wrong. Nothing complicated. It was a Buffalo chicken pizza and they forgot the Buffalo sauce. Delivery driver said she’d be right back with both pizzas made right. I’m now writing this 40 minutes after delivery driver left our house, an hour after order was placed. And after being on hold for 10 minutes trying to speak to anyone in the dominoes location to see if there’s any remedy happening here.

TIME AFTER TIME THEY MESS UP MY ORDER, NO RESOLUTION IN FIXING THEIR ERROR, AND MANAGEMENT DOESN'T EVEN SPARE A MINUTE TO DISCUSS THE ISSUE! I WILL STOP ORDERING DOMINOS FOR THE MANY BAD EXPERIENCES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS BRANCH SHOWS. I 100% RECOMMEND TO NOT ORDER AT THIS BRANCH OR AT ANY DOMINOS IN TOWN.
This is the last time this place will ever get my business. I have never been treated so rudely and had an order so screwed up. What ever problems they are having, fix them. Don't take it out on your now former customers.Save yourself, order someplace else!
After checking in on their app, waiting, honking my horn, waiting, honking again....finally someone came out about 10 minutes later. I asked if I was parked on the wrong side? They said they didn't see me. So I guess they only look out certain windows. And my thin crispy pizza was unfortunately not crispy.
