Dairy Queen TX you need to shut down, and fire the workers you have running the Establishment on 29th street in Bryan, Tx I’ve never been so disgusted in my life!!!! The ENTIRE WORK CREW was outside smoking. One of the workers grabbed a handful or worms for a shake with her bare disgusting hands and then proceeded to dangle a few in her mouth to see how much she could fit in her mouth!!! None of them washed their hands, wore gloves, or anything else and I was utterly grossed out! I Will be calling the health inspector and corporate!!!!

D. Q. Is the place I love eating there when they have people who care about working and not talking thinking it's social hour. Then tell the customer to hold up... Really... They be with me in a minute... I can hear them talk about where they are going to party. I don't care about that I just want to order and leave... And when I got my food it was all messed up... SMH

Great customer service. Ice cream and food are delicious.

A little slow after placing our order, at the drive through.. but then saw there were two online orders ahead of us. Very professional employees though. It seems like people like to come right near closing hours.

Everything you have come to expect from a DQ! I'm an old school dip cone fan.

The store was dirty and smelled funny. The guy taking orders couldn't tell me what one of the menu items was made with. Made a comment about,he doesn't eat there, and said negative things about one of the blizzard flavors. Not a good experience.

I asked them to make sure the steak fingers were hot , they weren't there was maybe a 1/4 cup of gravy and the french fries weren't cooked very good. The last time i ate here i got cold steak fingers and got sick from them . I will never eat hear again even though i live very close to this place

Called to see if they had a certain flavor before driving 30 minutes I was assured told they did arrived and said they don’t have it. It would be great if your employees could actually check before answering a question ?

The staff was very friendly. The food is the usual DQ very good.

The cashier was interesting to say the least. He was way too stressed out to be the face of the joint. Kept complaining that it was too busy and not enough people were scheduled (3 were there). There were only about 10 people I'm the joint the whole time we were there. Not including my family though. We about doubled the occupants. He kept saying they we "under worked and over paid". ? I feel bad for the sweet little old lady who got the brunt of his stress lectures and didn't take it as well as we did. However, I did appreciate his honesty when asked about his favorite food, "I don't eat DQ food". Or "I wouldn't order that". After I told him he was the worst salesperson in the world (with a smile of course), he proceeded to say that he sold them out of chicken strips the day before. Considering the amount of stress he was exhibiting just a few moments before, he took the comment quite well. Must really like chicken strips, or is delusional on his influence. Anyway, he created a memorable atmosphere, made us laugh, made us raise our eyebrows and confused us all at the same time. I will also say that his claim to fame is quite amazing. He said he once ate an entire DQ ice cream sheet cake in one sitting (the large one). Not bad for someone who doesn't eat DQ food. Maybe ice cream isn't food?If you want a break from the usual boring fast food ordering process, figure out when he is working and it will surely provide you with a new experience. If novelty is not your style, visit another time. He likes the night shift, not the dinner shift BTW (stress).Otherwise, this is a typical DQ. They'll try to dump your shake on the floor before they had it to you, but I've never seen anyone succeed. It is either as thick as they claim or they glue it in the cup well. That reminds me, for a guy that doesn't eat DQ food, the guy made a good blizzard recommendation. It had pineapple, coconuts and bananas in it. I don't remember the name. Though, maybe ice cream isn't food?Like I said. A little confusing and odd, but very entertaining. I hope he is my cashier next time. Will surely remove the typical mundane and impersonal interactions.
