First, I must say that the staff inside was really nice. They were polite and patient and our order was correct. This location however was quite dirty and our food took a really long time (we were the only ones inside). It’s also a hard location to get in and out of and the parking lot is a little difficult to maneuver in when it’s busy.
I stoped by your location today and had the pleasure of being helped by one of your employees Miss Melissa R. She was upbeat, attentive, and her energy was contagious! Shout out to her and the crew that were working around 2:30 Today (4/13). Someone should definitely let them know that they are appreciated! Outstanding ?
Didn’t take order even though I arrived in drive thru before closing.

I went to get in line at 9:15 waited in line for abt 15 mins when i got to the speaker it was abt 9:30 then they tell me they can not take my order not even for ice cream ! they close at 10 not 9:30 !!
Very slow service in drive through lane. Orders came out wrong and my daughter was served spoiled pineapple in her banana split. My husband ordered the girl-scouts thin mint blizzard and he was served something completely different, it was not mint flavor.
