I had the chicken fried brisket strongly do not recommend. You get 2 dry slices of bettered deep fried sliced beef. I was so looking forward to trying this place and was let down with the quality of food. The broccoli rice and cheese casserole was also sub par. It was dry and seemed like it had been on the steam table all day or microwaved. Just not good.
Left our son's graduation & walked in unannounced with 17 people. Hats off to Annie she did an amazing job waiting on all of us! Super kind & constantly made sure we were good ? The food was perfect & fast kudos to the cooks in the back! We came back in 2019 for our 1st son's graduation dinner & will definitely be back for our daughter's in 4 years. Again thank you all for making our dinner perfectly memorable ????
Waiter, Larry, was very friendly, gave us plenty of time to look at the menu but standing close to take our order when we were ready. Food was good, haven't been to a Cotton Patch in 10 years and my Dad would have been thrilled. His favorite before passing. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of parking. Good experience. Staff was friendly enough. Food was good, we did get it To-go. Wasn’t ready by said time. Wasn't too upset as the food was fresh
We dined on two separate meals: roast turkey with all of the trimmings and a patty melt platter. The patty melt was a juicy hammer with melted cheese between two pieces of Texas toast.
The avocado salad is delicious with grilled chicken, for sure. And how can you say No to a side of cinnamon apples for a light dessert? This is one of my favourite places for a more sedate lunch or moderate supper. Most everything is good but my go-to lunch is the chicken-fried chicken covered in, just absolutely smothered, in gravy. Yum! Every waiter/waitress I've had deserved a big tip for awesome service.

My waitress, Claire, was an absolute sweetheart. I didn't have to wait on anything as she tended to my every need. I would highly recommend coming here and requesting her as a waitress. The food is good. It's very filling. And it's very satisfying. I would definitely recommend coming to this restaurant again not only for the food but for the good service
