We were nicely greeted and seated, given chips and salsa and told our waitress would be right with us. NOT! We had to ask for a waitress, then she brought our drinks and took our order. She brought our food out but we had to wait on flour tortillas and then she didn't give us our silverware she said she would be right back. She never did. I had to physically get up and ask for it again. She never brought the tortillas and we had to ask for that to. We basically had to ask for everything. My beans and rice were brought out cold. Husbands beef fajitas were getting cold cause we still didn't have tortillas. I had two shrimp and one was fine the other tasted like nothing and chewed like an eraser. I spit it out in a napkin it was so bad. Girls behind the counter laughing and talking to each other. It was really bad. Our waitress never came back to ask us if we needed anything. And never brought our ticket to check out and pay. My husband had to get up and go pay. It was bad. This was our second time going to Cilantro and the first visit was wonderful. This time it was awful. Bad service all around. We may give it another try but that is very iffy.
Had the poblano fajitas. They were very good and tender. The chips were warm and crispy and the salsa was very good. Awesome value too.
These two mutts were craving MEAT, flavorful beef, at that. So, the one mutt suggested this place, okay! We ordered "Tercero's Parillada", beef fajitas w/ Charro beans, yum! These mutts could not believe the gorgeous presentation of the beef, and the accompaniments. Very classy, and bountiful. We it all and left stuffed muttskies! The best part? No overwhelming 'garlicky' stench or over tone. Our compliments to the person that prepared the beef, and for the one that cooked it to PERFECTION because it was ever so slightly pin, and still very juicy, YUM! Other places you get raw or burnt beef strips, so this was IMPRESSIVE! Our server carried himself with the aura of a true PROFESSIONAL hospitality team member. (You know those individuals that are pros, and this job is not just a side gig, yeah, he is a valuable pro). We hope that next time, our tasty and yen for whisker licking cravings will be just as tasty on our next visit, cuz we are going back!

My to go food order was wrong. We live 20miles away. Management said there was nothing they could do about it. They would only talk to the kitchen staff but not make it right. I will never go back to them. It’s very disappointing
My brother and I went exploring and stumbled across this gem! I had the cheese enchiladas and my brother had the fried carnitas platter. Both dishes were amazing! The food is a bit more on the authentic side than most places claim to be.
For quick, cheap Tex-Mex there's no better place. I picked up three taco plates (with sides!) and an order of chips and queso for just about $30. It only took about 10 minutes from order to pickup and the food was rich and filling.
Update: Since this review, it seems the service has changed. I had to change my review. The food is was not that great. The enchiladas were not warm. My husband’s chicken was rubbery and tough. We were disappointed in the food on our last two visits.I have enjoyed coming here. I love the cheese enchiladas. I have to say they are close to the best that I’ve tried. The chips and salsa are always fresh. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant. Great place to eat.Always consistent service and delicious food.
Good food and friendly service. Went on a Saturday afternoon and no wait. Had the Chile relleno, and it was very good. Waitress was friendly and attentive.
