I use to go here allll the time for their wings and i always get the lemon pepper with extra lemon pepper and they always ALWAYS use to remember me because I came like twice a week. Well I got burned out and it had been a while. Went tonight and the wings were trash, barely done and not a LICK of lemon pepper whatsoever! I had to season them myself and put them back in the oven. Won't be going back!
The lady at the font (might be the manager) is very rude and has a smart mouth. Not the way you should treat customers.
Had a bad experience at the cicis down the road came to this one and was treated very well, the woman with the blonde bob works so hard and is so kind
Shows open on Sunday until 10 and they were closed drove far to get here
The food was nasty and they were 15 minutes late..
Such a friendly staff and such a clean and well taken care of store i would definitely recommend this cicis over any other in this area!!
Eat here fairly often. Good food and the owner /manager and staff are great.
We love coming to Cici’s, come here all the time because our family is big. But every time we come this girl Jacklyn is SO RUDE!!!! She doesn’t greet you when you walk in, and she’s always on her phone. I had to get a refund and she was very rude about it. Now on a good note, Alexis is a very hard worker. She is always staying busy and asks questions and if anyone needs anything. Such a hard worker.
Lady very rude said my girls were not 10 like I do not know my kids age. She said they are not 10 give me a break.Rude rude rude.
