The food is good. That's not the problem. It's the customer service. I spent $50 on a family order. The only reason I went there was for the spicy tenders. Out of everything I ordered, it's the only thing I didn't get so I was upset. They said I had to drive back up there and bring the wrong tenders to get the spicy tenders replaced. I spent so much time in that drive thru already plus the gas it took to get there and they can't even try to make up for it? I'm not usually one to complain but that really made me mad.
Service was excellent from the time I called my order in to the time I picked it up. Caden help me get a bang for my buck. Thx u Caden. I asked for my gizzards to b fried crispy n they were perfect. So perfect that I had to have some on my ride back to Brenham after work. 45 minutes later they r still crispy n so is my 8 piece family chicken. I am pleased with excellent service n food. Thx u again Caden n the rest of the Chicken Express staff. I will b back soon.
I Had stopped at one of my favorite to go spots when ever I am in town to get half way up the freeway to Realize my Silverware was missing. I then called when I.got to a place to charge my phone and spoke with the manager named Veronica she then began to.tell me if I was still in town she could replace what was missing. So I then told her I'd be back in town tomorrow sometime Then she proceeded to say if she was going to replace something it would have to be on that same day. Then I let her know I would send my daughter to get it she asked where was the receipt I said I can send my daughter a picture of it so she can just get whatever it was that I needed . I.was places on hold she came back and said im just going to have to send my complaint to their home office . I then just said ok thank you and hung up the phone. I will NOT! stop here every again when I'm in town. Check your box and make sure you have something to eat with before you drive off.
Love your chicken wings and legs you guys sorta expensive i understand we all got to live and gas prices went up ...i need u to get sone dirty rice

I went through the drive thru and ordered $60, worth of chicken. I simply asked for an extra gravy because what they gave me was a small regular gravy, The lady at the drive thru window said "we have to charge for extra grave $1.29", which I felt was ridiculous since I had just spent $60 already. I asked to speak to a manager and when he came to the window, he told me the same thing! This is Not customer service!!! Had I not wasted 30 minutes in the drive thru, I would have asked for a refund and got my money back!!! This place has lost my business! Over $1.29.
The most crunchyist chicken in the states, with the least amount of oil. Haven't found another place like it. It is so good, but you need to eat in moderation! Or you will blow up like a balloon with high blood pressure ?
So thankful they have opened their dining room. Our food was delicious & the employees were very polite & professional!

Typically good.. today customer service was terrible.... Food was bland and warm not hot.... I'll try again since typically it's great ask the way around....
